Locarno : locations de vacances avec sauna

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohlgefühlt, alles war super sauber und gemütlich. Die Aussicht war wirklich traumhaft! Der Gastgeber war total freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen....

Logement incroyable situé à 2 pas du centre de Côme ! Les équipements proposés dans la chambre sont vraiment haut de gamme et le petit extérieur est très calme bien que le logement soit situé en ville. Petit plus pour la place de parking privé littéralement collée à l'entrée du logement ! nous avons passé un séjour vraiment relaxant !

Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft direkt am Wasser. Im Nebengebäude hat es einen sensationellen innen Pool der vor kurzem grundsaniert wurde, wir haben dieses Angebot seht gerne genutzt. In der Wohnung war für uns 4 Personen ausreichend Platz, allerdings hat es nur ein sehr enges Badezimmer welches bei einer Belegung von 6/7 Personen für uns Zuwenig wäre. Die Wohnung ist zu empfehlen. Andrea war immer gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich!

Hosts were VERY responsive at any time of day. Space is great for two people, or for a family with older children. Unfortunately not very convenient for anyone with a lot of luggage or stroller. Too many stairs to climb up with all your things. We later discovered that we could take an elevator from the lower garage in the complex (located next to their swimming pool inside) and take the elevator to the second floor. Wish we knew about that option when we checked in- would’ve made our lives a lot easier( but there were still a few steps either way to have to lug all of your things up). But for anyone that is traveling light, this place is great for you. Located next to train station. Just be aware that it is up high, so you will be walking uphill and downhill to get to anything/ anywhere- which was very tough for us with all of our luggage and small child in stroller. All in all the space was pleasant and what we were looking for - aside for the issue with stairs and uphill from everyt

Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, da auch geeignet, wenn man mit Kindern unterwegs ist. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und besonders gefallen hat uns die gute Ausstattung mit vielen praktischen Details (Steckdosen, Lampen, Schuhschränke, Garderobe usw.). Wir waren mit dem ÖV unterwegs und in kurzer Distanz zur Wohnung fährt jede halbe Stunde der Bus Nr. 311 nach Locarno, das war für uns sehr praktisch. Und die Aussicht auf den See ist wirklich sehr schön!

An Absolute Gem – A Perfect Stay! We had the most incredible experience staying at Alina's place! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was impeccably clean, and exactly as the photos, we instantly felt right at home. The scenery was incredible, and the view of Lake Como is unmatched. The outdoor space was amazing—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening relaxation. Alina was brilliant, extremely helpful (and even helped me arrange my engagement proposal)! She continuously went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always quick to respond to any questions and offering great local recommendations. Der Empfang durch Katja war sehr herzlich und sie war auch sehr hilfsbereit, da wir schon am Morgen unser Gepäck bei der Wohnung deponieren durften, was uns sehr geholfen hat. Auch sonst war die Kommunikation äusserst angenehm. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, etwas oberhalb aber doch nicht zu weit oben. Das es in der Wohnung sehr heiss war, lag klar am Wetter und nicht an den Vermietern ;-). Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Oktober 2024, 2 Personen Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dieser schönen, gepflegten Wohnung gefühlt. Sie ist hochwertig und komplett ausgestattet. 2 gleichwertige tolle Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten und Qualitätsbettwäsche. Sehr großzügiger Essplatz,auch zum Arbeiten geeignet, super Internet durchgängig. Traumhafter Blick vom schönen Balkon und aus einem der Schlafzimmer. Diese Wohnung ist einfach TOP! Schöne, ruhige Umgebung und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum See und zur Promenade. Brigitte ist ein sympathischer, aufmerksamer Host und hilft, wo sie kann. Wichtig ist, auf die Eincheck und Auscheck-Zeiten zu achten und ein paar Regeln, dann kannst du hier einen traumhaften Urlaub verbringen.

Klare Empfehlung! Sehr schöne Wohnung, stilvoll eingerichtet. Nicht nur das nötigste sondern alles was man braucht. Top! Materialien sehr gut was die Böden etc. betrifft und das SPA ist seeeeehr toll. Alles alles sehr qualitativ und wunderschön. Der Hund hat sogar ein Willkommenspaket erhalten 😍 Jederzeit wieder

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Andrin. Mehr als diese Aussicht vom Balkon braucht man eigentlich nicht, aber auch der Rest der Wohnung ist schön und gut eingerichtet. Bis bald hoffentlich!

You can’t get a better view of Lake Como than right here. The patio was the star of this stay! We lucked out with great weather, so we didn’t even feel like we needed to go anywhere. It also felt incredibly safe and accessible for our baby. The hosts left us a crib, a bottle of amazing white wine, and plenty of soap and necessities for the kitchen/ bathroom. The only thing I will say is you definitely need a car, which the listing clearly states. The place is better than the pictures and the hosts were very attentive and provided us with lots of helpful information. Book your stay here!

Casa Gioia mit dem fabelhaften Naturpark ist ein kleines Paradies! Wir waren überwältigt von der Ruhe und Schönheit dieses Ortes. Und gleichzeitig gab es so viel zu tun und zu entdecken, dass sowohl die Erwachsenen als auch die Kinder glücklich waren. Die Kinder liebten das Trampolin und den Spielplatz, wir Erwachsenen schätzten die Terrasse, all das Grün und die traumhafte Aussicht, alle genossen den Whirlpool und die Sauna. Die Kommunikation mit Katrin war sehr angenehm und Mite, der Hausmeister, war ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

we were a group of 8 people and we really enjoyed our stay. the house was amazing, especially for the price! the view outside the balcony (which connects most rooms) and the terrace was incredible. you could see the mountains and the lake. we visited in beginning of April and at night it got a quite cold and we had some trouble with the heating, but the communication with the hosts was great. they responded within 10 min max and were always ready to help if we had any trouble. there was also enough room for cars. they had a garage for two cars, but there was also enough space for another car out front. the house was quite up on the hill and you would need to drive down to get to Lecco, which was like 5 - 10 min away by car. it was a really quiet place.

Fuimos de vacaciones para 6 días y 5 noches, nos hemos sentido como en casa, con todos los complementos necesarios para una estancia cómoda. Fuimos una familia de 7 personas y quedamos tan contentos que nos gustaría repetir. Marco es un anfitrión excelente.

Ottima esperienza. Augusta è stata gentilissima e disponibile. L’alloggio è molto grande, in una bellissima posizione.

L'endroit est splendide. Il faut savoir que pour rejoindre une ville proche, il fait compter 25 min de voiture. Une fois qu'on le sait, on s'organise et ça se passe bien . Le logement est propre avec du bon matériel. Les vacances se sont très bien déroulées, les enfants (11,12 et 14) et les parents très contents. Je conseille vivement et remercie Jenny et Yvan pour cet accueil.

We loved staying at Denise's home. The house is beautifully decorated and light-filled, with lovely open spaces for being together. The kitchen is well stocked and I appreciated that Denise said we could use a few pantry items, since we were only staying a few days, and were flying home right after. The beds were comfortable and our girls (ages 7 and 9) love, love, love all the toys and books. After being on the road for a while, staying somewhere where it felt like their best friends lived was amazing! We appreciated the ability to pull down the black-out shades, too, for them and us, as we definitely stayed up later in Italy than we do at home. At night we could hear the creek, and we did a little walking on the path that goes to the lake. Thank you, Denise, for such a lovely home away from home!

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns super gefallen, noch besser als auf den Fotos sowieso schon. Der Check in per Schlüsselbox war perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und sauber und hat alles, was man benötigt. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und diverse Toilettenartikel waren auch reichlich vorhanden, das ist in anderen Wohnungen nicht immer der Fall oder kostet extra. Bei Fragen hat Alexander immer sofort geantwortet und geholfen. Praktisch war auch die sehr große Garage, um das Auto abzustellen, da es in Corrido nicht wirklich Parkplätze hat. Man ist schnell am Luganersee, am Comersee und bis zum Lago Maggiore ist es auch nur eine Stunde mit dem Auto. Super gefallen hat uns auch ein Shopping Tag im riesigen Foxtown Outlet Center, wo man tolle Schnäppchen machen kann. Es war ein toller Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung und wir würden diese jederzeit wieder buchen.
