We found the house to comfortable and clean, the beds were great with good quality mattresses and linen. The lounge was very comfortable and a good size. It was good to have the drive way as the streets around had a lot of cars fighting for space. The house is in an estate that has some really run down properties/areas but the house itself is next to some nice friendly neighbours (Annie with the two Chihuahuas!) We found it to be quiet at night. The cons: quite far away from town, you could walk but it's about 30 mins. There are some niggly issues with squeaky hinges, dodgy door handles and a window that wouldn't shut properly in the bathroom, but these were irritations rather than deal breakers. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

it was a fantastic weekend with the family and the grandkids.The house was lovely and very spacious the kids ran about in the large garden which is very private and secluded. The house has all the facilities you need. Thank you so much again Hannah your house is amazing 👍🏼

We booked this house for a joint 70th birthday present to our parents and stayed with people aged between 1-70. It met all our needs well and the house is lovely and warm with good bathrooms, spacious kitchen and wonderful outdoor space.

Karen was a friendly and helpful host. The property itself was tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood, very clean and welcoming.

Mary has a very nice top floor flat on the edge of Dunoon. The property has good sized rooms and is well equipted with everything you would need. The location suited us well it that it is convenient for locations such as Benmore Botanical Gardens and other places of local interest. A half hour drive to the short drive on drive off ferry crossing at Conintraive made for an easy and scenic journey to Rothesay. All in Marys property is very convenient and good value, and we would have no hesitation booking again in the future.

We had a lovely stay in Scott’s very attractive, comfortable flat. It’s got a really nice outdoor patio area and the walk along the harbour is fun to do. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and the parking is very straightforward. Scott himself was very friendly and helpful. All in all quite a find!

excellent ground floor flat, with spacious interior and gardens. It's a well resourced comfortable space. There's excellent public transport, easy to access, and supermarket and necessary shops nearby. We hired electric bikes from R.T Cycles near the train station, and enjoyed the amazing area more fully. Some lovely cafes, people and places were encountered.

I booked this stay on behalf of my wife and friends as they were attending a wedding nearby. They couldn’t have been happier with the property. It was spotlessly clean and had everything they needed. Margaret provided some bread, jam, tea & coffee and milk which was a nice touch. They also loved the big map that people had pinned where they had come from. Margaret was a great host when it came to communication before and during the stay and was always prompt to reply to messages. She gave me lots of clear instructions to pass on. We would definitely recommend Margaret’s property to stay at if you were looking for some where in that area.

Diane was a wonderful, helpful host, and the apartment proved to be a useful base for our time in Stirling. Just below the castle and minutes from anything (including several decent takeaway locations and a large grocery store), made it easy for our group to tackle errands and get back to seeing the sights. The comfortable apartment gave us plenty of space, a fast Internet connection, and a great space to wind down in at the end of the day.

We had the most amazing time staying here! Absolutely stunning location, loads of places to explore nearby, would highly recommend. Carol was fab and super helpful, we had absolutely no issues at all. Really can’t recommend enough!

We had a wonderful time in Jill's accommodation! We immediately felt at home and Jill and Simon are very friendly and warm people. The apartment is also very comfortably furnished. We would love to come back.

Ideal accommodation for the purpose of our stay. Spacious, clean and homely offering everything you need. Easy to make contact with the host if needed with quick response. We always stay here when visiting family in the area and will no doubt continue to do so.

The Editor’s Choice is a lovely apartment: quiet, spotless and close to restaurants and the port. We appreciated the very well-equipped kitchen, the plants and the tasteful decor. It is up three flights of stairs, so make sure you’re travelling light! The reward for getting up there is the fine views to the south, across the port and up to pulpit hill.

Lovely spacious flat . Had everything you need for a family stay . Big bedrooms so we could all have our own space which is not always the case in places . Outdoor space ,toys , DVDs and TVs to keep.all ages happy if weather bad . Local buses and a train within a short walk . Good play park a 5 min n walk with great views of the area . Choice of places to have takeaways and an Asda nearby for bigger shopping . You can go along the coast in either direction for days out or walk to Ardrossan Castle or go to the beach . We watched the sun set one night .
