Beautiful little cabin in a quiet rural surrounding. Perfect for a couple to relax enjoy the hot tub and shut out the world.

A fantastic place to stay with an amazing hot tub and views of the river and the horses over in the fields. Quiet and so comfortable it was like a home from home. It was exactly as described and in the pictures. We are definitely going to be going back again. Fantastic and we'd give it 100% Diane responded immediately to emails, a wonderful host.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was lovely and very clean. It had everything we needed for a cosy weekend and perfectly matches the description. We used the hot tub and outdoor seating area every evening! The location is beautiful and is very private and peaceful. We would definitely come back to stay again. A lovely stay in a beautiful part of the country. We couldn’t possibly fault anything from our stay.

I would highly recommend staying here, it’s so peaceful and there’s an enclosed hot tub which adds extra privacy. Host was superb and came out to greet us (was so friendly and had a box of homemade brownies)

This is a gorgeous lodge to book. It is perfect for 2 couples to stay overnight with a separate lodge for each. The fire hut is a great place to relax and stay warm. The games room is fun. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating with great communication. The rooms were stunning and clean. There are massage chairs in each lodge which were amazing. The lodges are well equipped, there was an air fryer and coffee machine and Bluetooth speaker. I would highly recommend this place and would love to rebook in the future.

Schöne, schicke und gemütliche Lodge mit Whirlpool. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit! Man hat viel Platz und es gibt zwei Badezimmer, jeweils mit Dusche und Toilette. Der See ist in der Nähe, und mit einem kleinen Boot oder zum Stand up Paddling ist es dort bestimmt toll. Der Vermieter war sehr nett.

Had a fantastic 3 night stay with our little 1 year old who loved the horses! One of the most beautiful views we've ever had from an Air bnb with a hottub and great value too! Under floor heating was great too and bed super comfy!! 😍 Close to Falkirk and Stirling if you ever wanted to venture out for a change of scenery too 🙂

We had a beautiful holiday here and Rosie and Jim were more than accomodating. The lodge was stunning, comfortable and the views/animals are truly stunning. Rosie is an amazing host who greets you with as much information as you wish when you arive then leaves you alone to your own devices unless you need to contact her. Which is perfect if you are looking to keep private as the lodge itself feels very private. Finally the surrounding areas are just a short drive away and I highly recommended Coulter Fell if you are up for a hike! Thank you Rosie for being an incredible host and for allowing us to stay at your beautiful lodge. It made this week truly magical for me and my family.

Wir hatten super schöne Tage und haben die Ruhe und Idylle mit den Schäfchen vor der "Türe" sehr genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt zum wandern. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestadet was man braucht, großzügiges Bad, Küchenzeile mit zwei Herdplatten. Vielen Dank Catherine, wenn wir noch mal in Schottland/ Glencoe sind kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder ! Große Empfehlung.

what can I say that hasn't already been said? Wonderful comfy cabin with everything you might need & more. Very helpful host allowed us to check in early as we had travelled since 1.30am. Area is stunningly beautiful & took my breath away - lots to do within an hours travelling. We visited Bute, Oban, Inveraray & lots more. Will definitely be returning.

Fantastic cabin in a beautiful location. Communication with George and Maria was excellent - both were very friendly and helpful. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable was available, fresh linen, towels, etc. The walks around Hunters Quay were great for us with our wee dog and the location is fantastic for trips into Dunoon and surrounding areas. We had brilliant weather too so spent late afternoon / evenings sitting out on decking and watching the world go by. Views were outstanding (loch and hills) and despite it being such a huge park, all you could hear were the birds! A peaceful, picturesque and truly relaxing break ! Thank you for having us xx

Absolutely great stay! Lovely countryside location and the pond and fields make it a great place to relax, while being just a short drive from shops and the waterfront in Culross. Would recommend to all my friends and family!

Highly recommended! Very spacious, clean and tidy.

A romantic and peaceful getaway. We stayed here when traveling between the isle of skye and Glasgow. It was very peaceful and quiet, even though there are several cabins on the property. You check in at the main house. There is WiFi at the main house but not the cabins. It was clean and comfortable. Keep in mind there is a bath only, not a shower. (Something I didn’t realize when I booked). The property backs the woods and a waterfall. At night we could hear the waterfall and the rain. Recommend for a peaceful nights stay! There’s not a ton of food options around so do some research for that ahead of time.

We had a wonderful stay. There is nothing we would want more. The Birch Lodge is very comfortable and spacious. The surrounding is beautiful and peaceful. Even though it was our second time at the Lodge we are already planning our next visit. Thank you for having us. Joanna and Mariusz

My friends and I stayed in the cabin for two nights and we loved it so much, an absolute gem! The cabin is very comfy and has everything we needed, also kitchenwise. It's super clean and the heatings work properly so it was warm within no time. It's situated perfectly for exploring the Highlands (Glencoe area is an hour away). There's even a lovely little bar in the main house open till 10pm where we could have a drink. James is super friendly, he responded very fast to messages and the check-in was easy. We can definitely recommend this AirBnB a lot! :)

A lovely, cosy, clean, warm, comfortable cabin, with all the amenities you could want. Great location in the countryside, only a few minutes drive from the motorway so easy access to tourist spots. Hosts are very friendly and helpful and quick to respond if needed. Adjacent railway line is busy but it did not bother us at all - most of the time all you can hear is bird song. Will definitely look at staying here again next time we are in the area.

Great value for money, the cabin is in a great spot and Dalavich is a beautiful wee place. Loads of walks in the area and great to relax in the hot tub at the end of the day

We (a family of 4 with 2 boys aged 4 and 9) loved our stay at Crannog Lodge. We were so lucky with the weather - sunshine and blue skies. The view of the loch from the cabin is absolutely stunning. We enjoyed swimming in the loch and using the hot tub. The little village was lovely and the shop/cafe was very sweet with friendly staff. We also got takeaway from the Kilchrenan Inn one evening (they were fully booked so book ahead of you want to eat in!) which was good and the staff were lovely. There are some lovely trails to walk or run right from the cabin. The single track road for the last 15 miles or so is an experience but the views are lovely with lots of passing places, so just take your time and you’ll be fine. We definitely want to go back as we could easily have spent a week there.

Brilliant location, views from the decked area are stunning (watching the birds visiting the feeder is great also!) The lodge is spacious, well furnished, and has everything you need for a few days away. We stayed with our elderly dog who was made very welcome, and though 'big walks' are a drive-away, the short walk down to the lochside (15 mins) was perfect for ours, and made for some stunning photos. Picturesque hotel with restaurant is also a short walk away which we visited on one night and can recommend (dog friendly too). Easy to get to some 'on the list' places to visit, including Loch Lomond, Inverary (be sure to stop at the 'Rest and be Thankful' viewpoint) and the stunning A82 Glencoe route. Roy, our host was super-communicative and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew and Mary's lodge in Wemyss Bay Caravan Park over the Christmas period. The hosts were welcoming and took the time to explain all aspects of the lodge and its facilities upon our arrival, which was much appreciated. The lodge was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated, with comfortable seating and a great table for our Christmas Dinner which made it feel like a true home away from home. It was warm and exactly as described on Airbnb. The location was perfect for a peaceful family getaway, offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a cosy and well-appointed retreat!
