The property is completely enclosed with a wall & gated driveway. About a ten minute walk down the hill to the beach below (rocky, but great for snorkeling). May not be suitable for young children as there are low railings and ledges. 10 min drive to town

All of our beautiful casitas have full kitchens, Wi-Fi, 55" TVs, A/C, king size beds, sofa, and large patios with tables and chaise lounges. We offer light housekeeping. Adults only no pets. Even though it is close to the main road, the unit sits right above the beach, eliminating any traffic noise. We've been told by others who have stayed there before, "It's the best unit in the complex." Pool Level, exceptionally private, located on the corner of the complex with its own entrance.

Heated saltwater pool and palapa area are perfect for sunbathing, yoga, relaxing, etc. 5-10 minute walk to pristine beaches, restaurants, farmer's market, shops, yoga studios/gyms, fantastic vegetable market & grocery stores. New Palmas Pickleball Complex is a 10 minute walk.
