Host will meet you to give you the door code and a tour of the property. Entire house w/ a park-like backyard. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living room, dining, sun room, & washer/dryer. Home is close to Rio Rancho, Presbyterian Medical Center, Sandoval Regional Medical Center, Intel, HP, and Rio Rancho Event Center. Enjoy a stylish experience. Two-room suite with a bedroom, sitting room, and a full private bath. Accommodates up to 4 adults. There is a private entrance to the suite. King bed, walk-in closet, and a dresser, side tables, ceiling fan w/ light, and a air filtration system. Sitting room has a queen Murphy bed, coffee and wine bar with microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee maker (coffee and tea supplied), and dishes, utensils. Bathroom is Jack and Jill style w/ 2 vanities and standing shower.

This cozy home is centrally located in a safe, peaceful, quiet neighborhood with its own private entrance, balcony & living space. Great spot to get away and relax in the jetted tub or on the deck. Great location if you are working here, visiting, or passing through Albuquerque. It is 2 minutes to I-40, and only 15 minutes on average anywhere in Albuquerque. Shopping, restaurants, medical, golf coarse.

Our cozy house is located in a very centralized area of Albuquerque which has a variety of possibilities, like coffee shops, pubs, malls, restaurants, hospitals, wellness centers, and beautiful parks. Guest access Entire house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One queen bed, a full bed, and another full bed. Office spaces in two of the rooms. High speed wifi with Netflix, Hulu, prime video, and a ps5. With an oasis of a backyard.
