What a stunning house in the most gorgeous area ... Mhairi's house is a complete fairytale and was perfect for myself and 11 other friends to stay for the weekend. The house was clean, stylish, and warm with a huge patio and fabulous living / dining space. We were all desperate to move in - a real dream house. It is also close to a loch and lovely swimming spots which are a short walk away from the house. We'll be recommending this place to everyone and would love to return! Thank you Mhairi for all your advice and helping us have such a wonderful weekend together :)

This was a great place to stay for a group of 6 friends on a hiking weekend. The house is well equipped, especially the kitchen. Bedrooms are nice, though one of the twin rooms has quite small beds. We managed ok but they could be a problem for tall people. The hot tub and pool room were great fun, it's a real bonus to have stuff like that where you stay. Both bathrooms are a good standard too. Parking in the area behind the house is a bit tricky, especially for larger cars. Once you're in, it's very secure though. Just make sure you open the gate all the way and you should be fine. Callander is a lovely location and a good base for Munro bagging. We'll definitely look to see if this place is available when we plan our next hiking trip.

An outstanding property in terms of location, style and comfort. Furnishings of a high standard and befitting the period character of the house. Enjoyed watching the changing patterns of weather from the comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture. Duncan was a gracious host. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house with so much character. The location was so peaceful yet close to Dumfries where we were easily able to get take-out for dinner. We only stayed one night as a stopover on our way home but we found the house to be comfortable and well-equipped. The milk and water in the fridge plus all the seasonings/spices in the kitchen were such a nice surprise that we don't often find in AirBnBs, as were the very nice bathroom amenities. The only thing I'd mention - our daughter had us up at 5:30 am because there are only curtains, no blinds/shutters, in the bedrooms and, although the curtains are thick, it was still very bright in the bedrooms as soon as the sun started rising, which is very early at this time of year. Just keep this in mind if you're coming with young kids who are light sleepers!

An outstanding location with the best views. Andy and Lyd were really nice and very helpful. The apartment felt homely, comfortable and warm. Ideal to return to after a long hike. Highly recommend. We plan to return.

We’ve been going to st fillans for many years and loved how close this was to the Loch and the play park as well as being handy for walks! Sean was very accommodating to a request we made and communicated well with us throughout. Will happily stay again in the near future!

The cottage was exactly as described. The owners were very communicative and we had no issues during our stay at all. It is a great location, nice and quiet very close to Kielder Water and Forest Park.

We absolutely loved our say at Susie and Amit’s apartment. Not only did their lovely space make us feel right at home but they did so much to make us feel welcome and are extremely generous hosts. The flat was spacious, clean and comfortable and was a space where we loved spending time throughout the day. The flat came with an incredible view of the city, and was so convenient as it’s right in the heart of the old town. We have stayed in Edinburgh many times and thanks to Susie and Amit’s amazing hospitality, this was easily the best experience we have had in the city. Thank you both so much for such a wonderful stay!

Amazing location, close to all the main attractions and plenty of places to eat/drink near by!

As a couple with a dog seeking a weekend break Dunollie at Balquhidder was perfect for us. Cosy and spotlessly clean, in a great location for walks and the excellent Mhor84 just down the road for a superb breakfast. A perfect break for us, thank you Alison and Hannah.

Great place, clean and warm and very comfortable. Conveniently located in the centre of Crail. Helpful hosts. 5 star all round.

The place was beautiful, Ross was very helpful with parking and instructions. I would highly recommend this lovely place. View from the balcony was worth the price itself

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und alles, was wir brauchten, war vorhanden. Perfekt gelegen und tolle Hosts. Das passt für ein paar Ferientage in Edinburgh. Mir war unklar, dass das Doppelbett im Wohnzimmer ist, aber das war für uns trotzdem kaum ein Problem. Auch die aktuell vorhandene Baustelle vor dem Haus hat uns nicht gestört. Da würde ich wieder übernachten.

Fab stay, the location is incredible, through an almost secret door and up three flights of wide and well lit stairs. The apartment faces the other side of the mile.. into a courtyard, so it's quiet. There is a low distant hum of the local restaurants extractor fan, but absolutely no other noise during our stay. I would say it's almost peaceful which is remarkable considering it's incredible location. Taxis can be used right up to the door, or a short walk to the station. We stayed with our two kids, aged 8 & 2. One mattress on the two singles beds was a little past it's prime, but would suit a child no issues. The main bedroom (king) and the other single felt new. We would visit again in a heartbeat

Busra’s place was in the ideal location in the middle of new town. Easy walk to the Castle and Royal Mile, and had plenty if great restaurants within a block. The space itself is roomier than we thought, and served as an excellent place to relax after a day of sightseeing. I cannot recommend her place more

We stayed as a group of 8 and could not rate our stay high enough! The area was stunning and private, the villa was spacious and comfortable and our host was attentive for the entire duration of the stay. We cannot wait to book our next stay and hope to make it an annual trip! 12 out of 10!

It was a wonderful place to stay with great scenic views and a peaceful atmosphere . The hosts Alexandra and David were such great people which made the stay even more pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

Vielen Dank fuer drei sehr angenehme und schoene Wochen in der Glenardle Villa. Das Haus hat seinen ganz eigenen Charakter und Charme und liegt wunderschoen mit Blick ueber den Golfplatz und das Meer dahinter. Die Kommunikation und der Austausch mit den Gastgebern Aaron und Florence hat super funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent place with very good rooms and en suite bathrooms. The rooms on the second level were a bit small but very comfortable. The living area was huge and the kitchen was very well equipped. The hot tub was a great addition and helped us a lot when we returned from golf. The location is very good and an easy 10 min drive to the main part of the city. The drive to St Andrews was very easy and convenient. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

We LOVED staying here! It’s a beautiful home (even bigger than it looks in the pictures) next to a great local pub and surrounded by gorgeous countryside. Adrian was super helpful, consistently going above and beyond to ensure we had a fab stay. 10/10!

Excellent stay in lovely house. Plenty of space and well equipped. Immaculately clean. Great location, quiet, nice view of Loch Tay. Hosts very friendly and really quick in response to any questions. Would recommend and stay again myself.
