PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Private parking for one vehicle included in the price of stay, with the possibility of charging with electricity. The apartment is located on the second floor - penthouse. It is equipped with all the necessary equipment, a heat pump for heating and cooling, a heat pump for floor heating and sanitary water preparation. All is brand new.

ATTENTION: during April 2026 there are occasional renovation works on the rooftop terrace. Terrace and hot tub won't be available. Hence price reduction of 25%. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.
