The Vicarage Annexe is a beautiful, one double-bedroom facility situated at the foot of the Cleveland Hills. The building was originally built as a prayer and study room for the Vicarage. This is now a self-contained living area with en-suite facilities. The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.

Situated in the picturesque village of Hurworth Place between the renowned Rockliffe Hall and The Croft, a recently refurbished wedding venue hotel, this character property is ideally located as a base to explore the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, Weardale and numerous tourist attractions including Raby Castle. The property is located close to the main railway line not far from the border between Durham and North Yorkshire and is in close proximity to both Darlington and Shildon railway museums.

Our Annex is a popular stop off for people walking the coast to coast. We are also very close to some great pubs and restaurants.

Converted single storey hay barn and coal store, this stunning property is tucked away along a private tree lined driveway and overlooks the ancient village green. Set in a peaceful village location, we are just 5 mins away from the historic market town of Yarm with it's many cafes, bars and restaurants. The Teesdale Way and River Tees are on the doorstep. Perfect location to explore North Yorkshire Moors with cities such as York, Durham and Newcastle within an hours drive.

The old milk house

Lovely setting on a working farm with fabulous views situated on the Western edge of the North York Moors National Park. Newly decorated, brand new bathroom , new sofa, table and chairs and brand new king size bed and mattress. Potto is a very small village with no shops, but a Tomahawk restaurant and bar . Swainby nearby has two pubs a coffee shop the Rusty Bike a small gift shop and at the weekend the Village store is open serving good coffee and some local groceries .
