L’appartamento è fantastico, perfetto per una coppia, fornito per tutte le esigenze. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere tutto a piedi, in quanto si trova nel cuore del centro di Firenze. Virginia è stata presente fin da subito, dandoci istruzioni e restando disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e sicuramente prenderemo in considerazione questo alloggio per un prossimo viaggio sempre a Firenze! 🥰

Can definitely recommend this apartment. What we loved was the short walk from the train station and the short walk to all the attractions of Florence. And the view is outstanding, loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sites. Perfect for a couple for a weeklong stay.

Die wunderschönen Lage der Unterkunft war ein Traum und das Gelände mit Garten und der Trasse im hinteren Bereich war super für mich persönlich um die Gegend mit dem Rad zur erkunden war's perfekt eine schöne kleine Stadt in der Nähe und nach Florenz mit dem Rad zwei Stunden und mit dem Zug 20 min also perfekt

Siamo stati benissimo, l’appartamento è bellissimo, spazioso e pulitissimo. La terrazza enorme offre la possibilità di godersi tempo in relax sia per adulti che per bambini durante la bella stagione. L’area giochi nell’area condivisa ha permesso ai nostri bambini di vivere un magico soggiorno ricco di divertimento. Chiara e Tommaso sono stati gentilissimi ed ospitali. Torneremo sicuramente

Francesco's place was a great find. The location was just right; walking distance to every place I wanted to visit, but just enough off the very center to be less crowded. Also, I got to see the beautiful facade of the Bascilica di Santa Croce every time I walked out the door! There are some really good restaurants nearby; the famous gelateria, Vivoli, is steps away; and a short walk took me to the nearby supermercato. For those who want to eat in sometimes, as I did, though minimally-equipped, kitchen worked well to make simple meals with a refrigerator, an induction cooktop and a microwave). The apartment is not huge, but feels spacious with its high ceilings, and was comfortable for me staying both solo and as a couple. I stayed for four weeks, and I was happy to return to my little home away from home every day. Francesco was a great host, very accommodating, who checked in weekly to make sure all was well, and was quick to respond to any question or concerns I had.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and well organized, suitable for longer and shorter stays for 4 people. It is situated in a silent and pleasant neighborhood, within a short walking distance from the famous museums, churches and bridges of Firenze and with easy access to cafees, restaurants, markets and shops. Giuseppe was ready to give advice about every subject we asked about. The communication with him was immidiate, excellent, informative, warm and very welcoming from the day of reservation and throughout our stay. We highly recommend this apartment and will be happy to come back!

Totul a decurs foarte bine,de la comunicarea cu Leonardo, care a fost foarte atent cu noi si cu procesul de check in pana la cazarea noastra in acest apartament care e pozitionat foarte bine spre o priveliste incantatoare si linistita. Nu ne-a lipsit nimic, practic am avut un confort ca acasa, somnul a fost chiar odihnitor avnd paturi si lenjerie confortabila. Recomand cu mare placere pentru ca este o placere sa poposesti la aceasta cazare pe care as descrieo in 3 cuvinte: bun gust, lejeritate si liniste.

We had a great time in Florence, and everything was very walkable from Andrea's place. It also had a beautiful balcony with lots of natural light. Andrea was very helpful, showed us around the apartment and gave us lots of tips on what to do in the area and places to eat. The pizza place he recommended was amazing!! Thanks again!

We had a lovely stay in this spotless elegant apartment in the centre of the old part of Lucca. Good wifi, kitchen well equipped. Communication with Salvatore was excellent. We had a problem identifying the location of the keysafe from Salvatore’s directions and his photograph (the keysafe is locked to a pipe about 1.5m to the left of the front door) but after a few texts back and forth it was resolved! This is a delightful apartment and we would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in old Lucca.

Eleonora was a wonderful host and the apartment was very comfortable a private. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a slower pace and quiet location. By car it was easy to get to different towns or find restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive.

Our stay here was excellent! This apartment is in a superb location near Santa Croce church and the Arno- walk to shops and food. My family and I stayed for 9 nights in mid Nov with our 2 kids, and the grandparents. We lucked out with mostly sunny & chilly weather. Yelena met us at checkin & was incredibly helpful in walking us through the huge apartment, explaining & answering all our questions. Conad grocery store just below us on the same block has everything to cook a quick dinner at home of pasta and veggies for the kids. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials to cook a dinner. Beds very comfortable. The apt was higher end than most Airbnbs. And it was much nicer than the other places we stayed in Italy and where our other family members were staying. Superb! I felt like I was staying in a relatives beautiful apartment. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the team at Acacia for making our trip easy and special!

Avec ma compagne nous avons passé 5 jours dans la maison de Simone, la maison était très bien équipée, propre et en bon état. Nous sommes arrivés en voiture et avons pu utiliser la place de parking de la maison. La maison est un peu en retrait du centre de Florence mais le tramway et les bus à proximité permettent de circuler facilement partout où on le souhaite. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de notre voiture du séjour. Les nuits sont calmes et reposante et le jardin ensoleillé du matin permet de profiter d'un petit déjeuner ensoleillé. Merci à Simone qui fut un hôte exemplaire d'hospitalité et de sympathie.

Vi consiglio di portare qualche vivero, poiché non ci sono negozi nei dintorni se non a diversi chilometri di distanza. Qui troverete tranquillità assoluta, aria fresca e storie antiche. Veronica’s house is incredible. Stayed there as a family of 6- and plenty of space. The view is like something out of a painting! The pictures don’t do it justice. The hot tub was a huge plus! The location so peaceful. Veronica was very easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a great visit!

A perfect location in Viareggio - three streets away from the sea and two streets from the main shopping street in the other direction. It was a perfect choice for the holiday we wanted and needed - amazingly quiet in the house. The air conditioning was really good - and very useful when we arrived in 30C heat. All in all we had a fabulous ten day holiday there - and wished we could have stayed longer. Grazie mille Pamela
