Närhet till naturområden så som Hisingsparken och Svartemossen. 300 meter till närmsta busshållplats som tar Er till populära Backaplan (Hjalmar Brantingsplatsen), därifrån kan Ni ta Er vidare in till Centrala Göteborg med bussar och spårvagnar på ~10min.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Strax utanför central Göteborg, i Torslanda finns denna ateljé våning omgjord till lägenhet på ca 70 kvm. Fri parkering vid huset. Granne med hästhagen. (allergiker bor på egen risk). Entre med liten altan. Luftig våning med högt i tak, ett sovrum med två sängar (flyttbara) samt bäddsoffor. Kök med kyl och frys, diskmaskin, micro. Nytt badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin. There is a garden area for you, if the sunny weathers allows for a "Fika" outside. It is possible to borrow our barbeque as well. Centrum - 8 minuts with tram Nightlife- 10 minuts with tram Shopping - 5 minuts with tram Park - 10 minutes walk Foodstore - 2 minuts with tram. Welcome!
