Ruhiger Rückzugsort zwischen Dachau und München mit Gartenblick. Eine schmale Spindeltreppe führt zu einem kleinen Appartement für max. 2 Personen. Doppelbett (2x2 m), Bad mit Dusche, kleine Küche sind vorhanden. Ab Mitte September 2026 steht eine eigene kleine Terrasse zur Verfügung. Mein Hund läuft frei auf dem Grundstück herum, er ist lammfromm, bellt aber. Dachau ist 2 km entfernt, nach München sind es ca 15 km. Ich lebe selbst auf dem Grundstück und halte es bewusst ruhig.
