Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

Grand in its simplicity, Senoia is a destination for those who seek to decompress from a modern, fast-paced lifestyle or escape it altogether. Film enthusiasts can tour famous movie and tv spots with delicious eats.

We welcome you to come and enjoy a stay in our sweet hideaway. A clean, efficient, and comfy place to relax. Just 8 mins from I-85, and just 30 mins from Atlanta International Airport. Close to great shopping: Ashley Park, Newnan. Cancer Treatment Center 10min Callaway Resort and Gardens 45 min Up to 2 guests permitted. No parties. No unregistered guests. No smoking or vaping permitted anywhere on the property as we live on a heavily wooded area. Thank you for understanding.

You’ll love the Lakehouse at Clearwater because of its serene lake views, quiet atmosphere, and even a bit of fishing or swimming in the pool (May to September). The Lakehouse at Clearwater is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
