We are located centrally within the wonderful village of Lyndhurst, often referred to as the 'Capital of the New Forest'. Located near the Beaulieu river, this beautifully refurbished 17th Century cottage is an ideal base from which to relax and enjoy life in the New Forest. Situated on a quiet road in beautiful Beaulieu, you can walk to Monty's Inn nearby for dinner and visit the popular cafe opposite for breakfast. You may see donkeys walking along the High Street! Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

We pride ourselves on offering a luxurious stay - comfy beds, crisp linens, a rainfall shower, a woodburner and pretty cottage garden. Note. We are fully compliant with the updated Government Fire Regulations for Holiday Lets in effect from October 2023.

A Hidden Gem - Tranquil Barn in the New Forest

The Barn is a delightful studio barn conversion, situated next to our family home in the beautiful village of Burley, New Forest. The Barn features an open plan living, kitchen and sleeping area with a log burning stove, with its own private entrance and small outside area with space for a BBQ. It is a truly fantastic base for you to enjoy what the national park has to offer; including walking, bike riding, horse riding, or exploring the beaches of the south coast.
