We welcome you to our quiet and stylish apartment (wooden parquet floors, tile floors in kitchen/bathroom/toilet, solid stone kitchen tabletop), with a small garden at the back, in a charming residential neighborhood with lots of greenery and water. (Wild swimming nearby!) Attractive 15-minute stroll to main train station, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and lively shopping street nearby. Very close to the Jaarbeurs complex. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and well-travelled hosts.

Het ruime, overkapte terras van 6x3 meter (westen) betrek je gemakkelijk bij de leefruimte. Je zit echt áán het (zwem)water van de schone plas. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

Ontspan op de grote bank met een goed boek of kijk een film of uw lievelingsprogramma op de tv met uitstekend geluidssysteem en radio. De keuken heeft een koelkast, vaatwasser, combimagnetron, snelkookapparaat en Nespressoapparaat.

This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.
