The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Welcome to our dreamy guest suite, complete with a huge private deck! This modern space is the perfect home base for your trip to ATL. The apartment is an 8 minute walk from the Edgewood / Candler Park MARTA train station and a 10 minute drive to Mercedes Benz stadium, State Farm arena, museums and theaters in Midtown, and world-class restaurants in Decatur. This is a private rear apartment in our newly built home, with a separate entrance. We live upstairs but you’ll have complete privacy.

This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. Located in the historic Agnes Scott College neighborhood , the house is conveniently located between S Candler and S McDonough which leads into City of Decatur. Inviting front porch is shared between main house and suite. Lots of conveniences available, fast Wifi (20 MBPS). Comfortable King Bed with a dresser, closets, W/D and a wall mounted desk. Light filled bathroom has a large shower. The sitting room has a fold out sofa best suited for 1 adult or 2 children.
