The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.

Our central location offers a quick connection to the European Central Bank (EZB) as well as short trips to the centre of Frankfurt am Main (approx. 15min) or to the Frankfurt Messe (approx. 28min). We also have car parking facilities including charging points for electric cars in the courtyard.

The Mainz-Kastel train station is just a 3-minute walk away, providing quick connections to Frankfurt, Mainz, and Wiesbaden. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and only a 5-minute walk from the green spaces of the Rhine promenade and about 15 minutes from the center of Mainz on foot.
