This oceanfront property overlooks the iconic Malibu Colony beach, incredible views, large bedrooms, and walking distance to shopping/ fine dining in the area, we have an in house private chef upon request. For the outdoor enthusiast we have sea kayaks, an outdoor fire pit and you can fish right off the deck. This is a family and dog friendly home with a special history, built in 1932, has been home to famous musicians and actors over the years. Did I mention that dolphins swim by every day?

We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. You can surf, hike, visit local wineries, or just chill and enjoy the ambiance and natural landscape. You can inquire about your furry friends (pets - extra fee). The Topanga Pool House is a resort like property located at the edge of the State Park, with canyon views & ocean breezes. The infrared sauna, cedar plunge pool, hot tub, outdoor bed and yoga deck provide an escape from the hustle of the city. Guests have said it's "as if you have a resort to yourselves" "spa like" "magical and healing" and that's the experience we strive to provide. We live in the upstairs unit but prioritize guest's privacy at all times.

The Broad Beach House

Sweeping ocean views will wow you at this 3 bedroom home perfectly designed for indoor/outdoor living with a front patio and back deck equipped with a private hot tub, gas fire table, and built-in grill. Malibu's best beaches are mere steps away from the front patio including Lechuza Beach (500 feet away) which Condé Nast Traveler says is “so secluded it practically seems private”, as well as the popular Broad Beach & El Matador Beach (both 1/2 mile away).

Tree House Hollywood Hills

Everyone has called this place a "tree house" because of the birds eye view of the hills in the heights of the tree tops and if you keep the doors open you get a great breeze. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom loft is located in a peaceful neighborhood on the backside of Universal Studios Theme park. Both bedrooms are located upstairs with a bathroom upstairs and a steam shower bath on ground level. Take a hot tub or steam and cool off on the deck.
