Cheerful and relaxed guest suite in the back of a single-family residential home, which is located on a tree-lined street (giant Italian stone pine, very rare in LA) in a quiet, safe, and friendly neighborhood (Alondra Park/ El Camino Village). Only 15 minutes away from LAX, the beaches (Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach & Manhattan Beach), the Kia Forum, and the SoFi Stadium, and close to tons of food options in South Bay.

In January of this year, wildfires burned about 12 houses immediately south of our house. While Malibu is in a period of rebuilding, there are some inconveniences as a result, such as slower traffic on PCH and trucks in the vicinity. Check tide charts for your dates so you know when low tide is. Our beach is accessible at low tide.
