Large lushly landscaped backyard including fruit trees, walking paths and sitting areas. STUNNINGLY MAGICAL GARDEN! (Help yourself to any fruit that is ripe) One of the newest homes on the mountain with the largest/most private yards in the neighborhood. A few miles to the beach, Nobu, and the famous Solstice & Back Bone Trails! Master bathroom includes a Jacuzzi tub and steam shower. Guests will have access to the entire 3 bed room 3 bathroom 2400 square ft home. The guests also have access to the back patio/porch and ENTIRE fenced in back yard. The only areas the guests can not access are the locked cleaning closet and garden efficiency located under the porch, where the owners stay occasionally. (Separate entrance private from the house) Malibu is known for its celebrity homes and beaches, including wide Zuma Beach. To the east is Malibu Lagoon State Beach, known as Surfrider Beach. Inland, trails weave through canyons, waterfalls and grasslands in the Santa Monica Mountains. We are only a couple miles from the beach! There are 3-4 parking spots on the street.

We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. You can surf, hike, visit local wineries, or just chill and enjoy the ambiance and natural landscape. You can inquire about your furry friends (pets - extra fee). The Topanga Pool House is a resort like property located at the edge of the State Park, with canyon views & ocean breezes. The infrared sauna, cedar plunge pool, hot tub, outdoor bed and yoga deck provide an escape from the hustle of the city. Guests have said it's "as if you have a resort to yourselves" "spa like" "magical and healing" and that's the experience we strive to provide. We live in the upstairs unit but prioritize guest's privacy at all times.
