Cozy wooden house in center of Chiang Rai, walkable to almost everything the city has to offer, be it the Clock Tower, the Night Bazaar, the Walking Street (on Saturdays), the Underdog Thai boxing gym, cafes, etc. The house can comfortably accommodate four guests. Perfect for a family or a group of friends who'd like to stay in and explore the city, while avoiding the touristic hotel scene. Strong Wifi connection and desks also allow you to get some work done if ever needed.

The beautiful Villa Darakorn Arboretum, which has an area of 11 rais, boasts a fine collection of over 300 tropical and exotic plant species from all over the world. Visitors will enjoy the atmosphere of tranquility, cool breezes, and musical sounds of nature, especially the singing of birds and the audible sound of free-flowing water in the creek in front of the Villa . The Villa Darakorn Arboretum is now open to the public. Visitors are cordially welcome.

CORONAVIRUS We apply local rules when they are applicable The Chalet stands in our garden, surrounded by trees in a quiet location a 3 kms from the centre. It contains a bedroom/sitting room, dressing room, and separate bathroom. Extremely comfortable, well furnished and suitable for couple's. There is no kitchen as such,the lodge does have an induction cooker, microwave, rice boiler, electric kettle, toaster, so catering for yourself is quite doable.

We have big parking space so you can bring more than 1 car. This place can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people plus 1-2 small children. (We do have another unit right next to this one so if your group is larger than 6 people, you can book another house and stay up to 12 ppl)
