Makariospiti - Villa Vera

Dieses traditionelle Haus aus dem Jahr 1873 befindet sich seit jeher in Familienbesitz und wurde als unser 2. Projekt liebevoll kernsaniert, umgebaut und renoviert. Es handelt sich um ein 1-Raum-Haus mit über 70 Quadratmetern, quasi ein Loft, mit 3 Betten, Wohn- sowie Essbereich. Bad und Küche wurden neu angebaut, viele alte Strukturen blieben erhalten. Fernab vom Massentourismus, lädt das Dorf zum Erholen & Entspannen ein. Die zentrale Lage ist der ideale Startpunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden.

This property is 12 minutes walk from the beach. Located in Archangelos, 1.2 km from Tsambika Beach and 1.6 km from Stegna Beach, Sea Rock Villa Rodos provides accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a terrace. This villa features a private pool, a garden and free private parking. The villa is equipped with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, TV with satellite channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a patio with pool views.

Sophias house

Notre maison a été embellie de manière charmante et dispose d'une mezzanine lumineuse. Avec ses 65 m2 environ, elle convient bien à un ou deux couples (1 lit est un peu plus petit) ou à une famille avec deux enfants, il y a un lit pour bébé. Malona est un village calme au milieu d'agrumes et d'oliviers, à 3 km de la plage la plus proche. Depuis 2025, le gouvernement exige une taxe environnementale, elle est à payer directement chez nous (8 €/jour d'avril à octobre, sinon 2 €).
