Went to Bradenton for a couple of days and decided on staying in Andrew’s wonderful house. The location is great, lots of shops and restaurants and close to Anna Maria Island. The house was spacious, clean, had all the amenities and the pool was a huge plus! Andrew was quick in his responses and very friendly. Had a great time and will definitely come again in the future.

This home was perfect for our group. We loved having 3 en-suite master bedrooms. The location is great for beach(Siesta Key), waterfront restaurants and shopping. We would definitely book again!

The place was mostly what it said it would be, the pictures are accurate. Was pretty nice and cozy. Had lots of privacy, which was really nice. House was clean and had all of the amenities that were promised. Bed was really comfortable. The only drawback was that the pool was a little dirty, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a few days before we got there but it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Great host and house. We enjoyed the layout of the house, awesome kitchen but the most we enjoyed the outside space and pool. Very nice neighborhood for walks in the morning. Easy drive to beaches, quick drive to grocery stores and restaurants.

We had a great time! the pool was amazing, everything was very clean and we had everything that we needed while we were there.

We enjoyed our stay here. Great view from the pool. Pictures matched description and it was fully equipped for anything that we could need. Quiet area but close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Responsive hosts and quickly resolved an issue we had when we reported it. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area ☺️ Thank you

Lovely home with a large fenced backyard and a warm pool. Conveniently located near Robinson Preserve and Anna Maria Island. Michelle was quick to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was very spacious and clean,loved the decorations. Very short walk to the beach and right near all the restaurants and shops. We will definitely return and will recommend to our friends and family!

I always enjoy a bargain and for the going prices of a comparable hotel room with less accommodations this was a great deal. The place was immaculate and when I thought we were missing towels the host was ready to get them there immediately. It felt like I was home and I appreciated the care and cleanliness that made the stay exceptional. Thoughtfully provided a pack and play for my grandchildren. There was nothing lacking. Everything first class and top quality. Highly recommend this home and the host to any future tenant.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The house was a perfect fit for our family. The layout was great, comfortable rooms, kitchen was complete with everything you need for cooking. We loved our stay at Mike and Wendy’s bnb. Fantastic location with walking distance to the beach, the kids loved the pool which was kept very clean. The house was clean and comfortable, very home-y and did not feel like a rental, it felt like you were staying with a friend who lived there year round. Each room has its own bathroom which was very nice!

We loved this house, high end appliances and furniture! Everything was squeaky clean and very organized! Will definitely be back!

We just returned home after a week and already miss it. The unit was very clean, well stocked, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The park is big so we rented a golf cart from the park at a reasonable price to explore it all. Pool, bar, mini golf etc are all close and walkable so a golf cart is not necessary but it was fun to have one. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful with things to do in the area. I would definitely rent again. We are already planning to return with our grandchildren.

We had a wonderful time at Christy's place in AMI. We had been the year prior and wanted to try another location, choosing Holmes Beach. It was walkable to the beach, the house was perfect for our family, great bedrooms, kitchen, family room - home away from home! Christy was extremely responsive as well!

House was spotlessly clean and well maintained. We were really only sleeping there so did not use pool or backyard amenities. Would highly recommend. Only suggestion would be to have coffee and coffee condiments available on check in. Most Air BNBs I have stayed at offer this amenity.

We felt immediately at peace when we walked in. After an airline snafu delayed us very late at night, no problems with the house. Kids were very comfortable in the home and immediately went to bed without any complaints! Kitchen had everything we needed, coffee pods ready! Pool area was clean and pleasant for an early morning coffee and a good book. Kids enjoyed the pool temperature, a little on the cool side which was great as the day warmed up, but they could huddle a warm jet to recharge their batteries as needed. Small gas grill worked ok for simple burgers, there were some long lighters around to spark it with. Very close to shops and breakfast diners. Publix has everything you need for shopping. Ten minutes to siesta key public parking AND she provided beach umbrellas, comfortable beach chairs, sand toys for the kids, towels and a mini cooler for drinks. The beach cart is getting a little tired but it did the job just fine. Just add sunscreen! It was everything we needed.

Jamin’s place is a little hidden gem. It was the perfect place for us to stay while attending an event at the Bradenton Convention Center.

Whitney was a great Airbnb host! She was very responsive during our stay and even went out of her way to order something that was not at the house (which was definitely not expected). The house was a great place to stay with family. Included plenty of beds and additional supplies to fit multiple families. We loved the outdoor space in the back and spent a lot of time out there!

Tracy's place is wonderful, and she is very attentive. She gave us lots of tips on what to do and where to go, which was a big plus. The backyard is very relaxing with a lovely spa where we enjoyed the evenings. The house was super clean, and the beds were very comfortable. If I return to Siesta Key, I will definitely stay there again.

Lovely, calming space. Great location- quick drive to the beach. We loved our time there especially since we ended up spending a lot more time than expected there w a child who unexpectedly fell ill and couldn't be at the beach much. The kids had a splendid time swimming in the pool and hanging out in the yard searching for lizards and counting all the buddah statues. Didn't love all the cameras watching us in the outdoor spaces but they def put plenty of warning on their page about this. Benjamin was a great communicator. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home. Our kids made me buy a buddah for our yard in remembrance of our memorable stay in your home.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful week stay at Fins Up! Easy 5 minute walk to the beach and close to restaurants/shops. Trolley stop was right up the street. The pool and backyard was our favorite spot to hangout! Once Upon a Beach was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had! Thanks for a great stay! We hope to be back!

We had a great time ! A perfect place to stay with kids - quiet and cozy. A beautiful pool and great yard with lots of fun activities and games to use. Super close to a grocery store and other amenities. Lily was very responsive ! We’d love to stay again someday.
