Stay was comfortable. Host was very responsive 1. arranged water can on request 2. cleaned house when we extended our stay 3. prepared house as given in listing the place 1. peaceful green surroundings 2. we had a car so was easy to get around accessibility there are uneven surfaces and steps in entry so young kids and those with accessibility requirements should consider this when booking.

The location was perfect . It was a calm and tranquil complex with security 24/7. It felt very safe even at night. Check in and checkout was smoothly done. Even we requested for early check in and late check out due to our train timings and they allowed us to stay for few hours. Housekeeping services was provided time to time. Basic amenities were provided immediately whenever we requested at any time. The place was very clean and very well maintained. The asthetics were top. Overall stay was very good. Location was very safe and away from hustle and bustle of Goa touristy places.

We were hosting a family reunion of 16 adults ranging from 65/85 yrs old The 8 en suite bedrooms and a staff of 3 made our stay very comfy. Pankaj the caretaker was always around to handle our queries, and Chef Anup did an amazing job catering to all our meals, including a fab barbecue. We’d definitely recommend this villa for a large get together.

Excellent place to spend time with family and/or friends. The villa is extremely spacious and clear instructions from the host for amenities makes it so convenient. Cleanliness was top notch and the indoor games added so much fun to the stay. The caretaker Sureshji is very cooperative and responsive, was very helpful. Sanjana as a host was very pro active and supportive. The amenities at the villa including well equipped kitchen, TVs in all rooms, air conditioning etc. was great. Overall, the place is highly recommended and a must stay at South Goa!

Zak’s place is perfect a relaxing getaway. Full of greenery, open spaces, spacious and huge house. He’s a great host and very friendly to have a conversation with. Always available for any support or help required - right from local restaurant suggestions, to bike rental, to taxi rental and to get things done within no time whenever asked for. His 4 paw friends add much warmth to the experience. Will visit Zak’s place soon again.

Our stay was only booked for 4 nights initially but we extended our trip with two children for another 3 nights as the place was so comfortable and clean. John and Johnita were kind, friendly and generous hosts who went out of their way to help us where they could , whether that be lifts or recommendations. Drinking water is also provided. The apartment was spotless, with two messy children and lots of wiping the floor, the cloth would always be clean, no dust or dirt. Highly recommend this apartment for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Our stay at the open house was one of the finest Airbnb experiences of all. The space was tastefully done, clean withe kindest and the most proactive host. location pretty central and accessible. Would highly recommend for a weekend getaway or a longer creative break.

I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

Everything about the place was fantastic—truly outstanding. There were just a few electricity issues from time to time, but the inverter took care of that. It would also be great to have cleaning services available for longer stays.

Basappa was very friendly, cooperative and property is very good, it is worth the money. Recommended stay near to Candolim beach.

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

We stayed for couple of days. The place is clean and has been built with dedication. The furniture and other decorative items are amazing. The place is near the beach and market place makes everything accessible quickly. There were minor problems we faced once informed host vipin fix them immediately.

A very spacious apartment with huge rooms. Fully furnished. TVs in both the bedrooms and a huge one in the living/dining room. Compact kitchen with every item of equipment, utensil, crockery and cutlery. Fridge, washing machine. Above all, great hosts! Pramod's mother is a kind, warm, gracious lady who made me and my teenaged daughter and son feel at home. She was literally at our beck and call, coming over as soon as we called her for any little thing. Thank you ma'am! And finally, value for money. I got it at off-season rates, but this place would be worth every paisa at twice what I paid. The icing on the cake is the free parking on the premises for one vehicle, plus space on the roadside on the opposite side for a couple more if you are traveling in a group. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Titu's place for my solo workation! The house was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect environment to work and relax. The functional kitchen was a great convenience, and the house help was polite and helpful. Titu was an exceptional host, always responsive and accommodating whenever I needed anything. It was our second stay at Nishant’s place and I must admit that every time we fell in love more than the previous one. The place is peaceful yet surrounded by great restaurants and cafés. Walkable distance to beach and mesmerising sunset point. Would surely come back again.
