Fans in each room. Kitchen with fridge, microwave and oven. Laundry with washer. Bathroom has shower and bath. Separate toilet. Lovely sunny deck in front and large, fully fenced backyard. Approx 10 minute walk to Mollymook beach, cafes, Surf Club and Golf Club. Short drive to Ulladulla, Narrawallee and Milton.

"The House" is a Newly renovated holiday house located in Sanctuary Point only a short 250m drive or 5 minute walk to the boat ramp and park or 350m to palm beach. The space stretch out and relax in style in this newly renovated beautiful coastal 2 story home. The house has 4 bedrooms and sleeps upto 12 guests Modern kitchen that is fully equipped with all the essentials a airfryer and slow cooker perfect for a simpy meal.
