Recently restored, the romantic interior character has been retained, as the typified by the bedroom's original fireplace and ceiling with wooden trusses. The apartment has a beautiful terrace, with a fantastic view, where you can have dinner under the stars and, during the day, listen to classical music from the nearby music conservatory. Due to allergic problems of the host, it is not possible to stay with pets, sorry for that. Registration Number:027043-LOC-12117 Ca' Manzoni apartment is located in an historical palace which dates back to 1300, and its name comes from the abbess Marianna Manzoni who in 1762 radically restored it, as the commemorative plaque on its façade witnesses. The apartment is a few minutes walk from Piazza S.Marco and near the famous theatre La Fenice, in an ideal position to discover the most famous but also the most fascinating and less popular places of marvellous Venice. It has been recently restored under the expert coordination of the owner Luisa, keeping the romantic Venetian character and atmosphere of the past unaltered: it has the entrance on the fourth and last floor and it overlooks three sides of the palace. The living room has a remarkable view over the wide campo S. Maurizio where a periodic and characteristic antiques market takes place; from the living room you can admire important gothic buildings and the homonymous neoclassic church built by the Venetian architect Gianantonio Selva with its majestic bell tower. The double room, with its original antique ceiling made of wooden trusses and an antique fireplace between two windows is furnished in a typical Venetian style and has a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The bathroom with shower is made in a precious three-colour glass mosaic and has washing machine and hair dryer. The elegant and cosy kitchen - fully equipped with dishwasher, microware oven, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker - gives access to the upstairs loft where you can read or rest in a small reserved area. Moreover, a fine terrace offering a breathtaking view over the roofs and a glimpse of the Grand Canal - situated just 100 m from the flat - completes the space and creates the perfect place for relaxing or romantic dinners under the stars. The lighting of the whole house is warm and diffused by lighting fixtures and Murano glass applique; curtains have been made from precious fabrics and have a typical Venetian style and colour shades. Many objects and elegant furnishing pleasingly complete the house: air conditioning, a powerful 20 mega Wifi connection and a 32 inch TV positioned in front of a wide sofa with chaise longue is hidden behind a Neo-Baroque mirror frame. Everything has been studied to make your stay in Venice comfortable, but also cosy and exclusive. A fine rooftop terrace offers a breathtaking view over the roofs and a glimpse of the Grand Canal, which is just a few steps far. This space creates the perfect place for relaxing or romantic dinners under the stars and breakfasts in the summer breeze. The apartment is situated in San Marco, the most central and also one of the liveliest districts of the city. As well as a rich selection of bars, cafes, and restaurants nearby, the shopping ranges from artisan businesses to luxurious boutiques. Ca' Manzoni is served by Actv public transportation (line number 1), Ailaguna Orange line (airport shuttle) and private water taxi. The closest water bus stop is S.Maria del Giglio, situated 3 min walk from the apartment. Semplice, ma accogliente appartamento non nuovo, immerso nella campagna friulana, adatto a qualsiasi persona in cerca di tranquillità. In pochi kilometri potete raggiungere mare, montagna e fiume in macchina e perché no, in bicicletta. A soli dieci minuti di macchina potete inoltre raggiungere le stazioni ferroviarie di Latisana e Codroipo. L'alloggio si trova al piano terra della nostra residenza, questo ci permette di essere sempre a vostra disposizione. ANIMALI NON AMMESSI.

It is located at the 5th floor of a building with lift. It is very bright and all bedrooms and the living room overlook the sea. During the night you’ll be lulled by the sound of waves on the shore. It 'absolutely perfect for a romantic couple as it is ideal for a family with children.
