Un apartamento tipo estudio de concepto abierto, lo que significa que no tiene divisiones interiores ni puertas que separen las distintas áreas. El espacio es continuo, integrando la zona de dormitorio, sala y cocina en un mismo ambiente amplio y funcional. El baño mantiene cierta privacidad en las áreas de la ducha y el inodoro, gracias a su diseño y distribución, pero no cuenta con una puerta de acceso, manteniendo la estética abierta y moderna del conjunto. espacioso para dos huéspedes.

Charlie's Place

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

This private apartment w/ EV charger (small added fee) located right the water on Otisco Lake, w/ over 300 ft of lakefront at your front door. Incredible views! The apartment is attached to the main house w/ a private entrance. Beach, seasonal dock, canoe, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, paddle boat, gas grill & fire pit with wood (May - Oct). Fishing, swimming, snow skiing, wine tasting, fine dining, beautiful sunsets await your arrival! 15 min to Skaneateles, 10 min to Song Mountain Skiing.

In the wintertime enjoy the wood stove (wood is provided but if you need more the Byrne Dairy has some) and games.
