The location was unbeatable—just steps from the sea with lovely views right from the balcony. We woke up to peaceful sunrises in the morning. The place was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was responsive and easy check in instructions. We had a great stay. My baby usually hates portable cots but the one they provided came with a mattress which was super comfy and he slept all night long.

A warm and welcoming host, very communicative and caring. Lovely place just as described, with plenty to do nearby, easy to find with a gorgeous view to sit and relax with a glass of wine. It was beautiful to hear the ocean sounds at dusk and our toy cavoodle enjoyed the walks at the beach and lovely grass areas. Bedding was very comfortable and the tv entertainment was great. Pictures don't do Janette's place justice - Everything was immaculate and we really loved staying here! A lot of little touches throughout the home like the bed heater made the whole place very comfy and it was greatly appreciated. Janette was responsive and very helpful as well.

Wonderful place to stay. Beach front and lots and lots of eateries nearby.

We loved the interior of the unit, outside needs improving. Sofia was very nice helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Access to beach could not be better.

Upon checking in by chance I met Leanne in the apartment complex. We had a chat about St Leonard’s & the surrounding areas, which was invaluable. The apartment was perfect with a wonderful outlook to the water & very comfortable outdoor furniture. All areas inside the apartment were as described not one fault found. Looking forward to a return trip in the future

Paula was extremely welcoming with very clear information and instructions. We felt comfortable in her place the entire time. It’s perfectly positioned in a calm and quiet environment yet easy access to shops and restaurants.

Our stay at Dune Beach House for our wedding anniversary was just perfect. The house was spotlessly clean and super comfortable with quality bed linen and furnishings, we certainly hope to come back again and spend more time relaxing

We have stayed here twice and are already planning our next trip. Place is across the road from the beach and great walking tracks. We have stayed here with a 7 year old child and again as a group of friends. This place suits both types of situations perfectly. Highly recommended.

Marisa was really helpful and.easy to deal with. the house was perfect for two families, with enough space for.kids and adults alike. it's hard to tell from the pics but it's bigger than we had imagined! definitely recommend for families looking for an affordable summer spot on the peninsula that makes you feel at home :)

Loved staying in our group of six at Daniela’s house. Communication was seamless & Daniella’s instructions were easy to follow for check in/out. House is stocked with additional pillows/blankets to get extra comfy & lots of tea/coffee to use. Lovely stay 😊

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s place! It had a games room, walkable to all the main spots in Rye. Andrea was awesome to communicate with and super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend and will be back again!!

We had an amazing two-night stay in Sorrento with our two young children and parents. The house was a perfect fit for our family—my kids loved the bunk beds, and my parents enjoyed their own private space. The large dining table comfortably fit everyone, and the outdoor play area, especially the boat, was a huge hit with the kids. Everything was clean, and towels were provided. One thing to note: there’s only one Aircon system in the living room, but each bedroom has a fan and heater, which worked perfectly for our fall visit. Cassie was a fantastic host—super responsive and helpful. The location is great, just a 5-minute drive from restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

We had such a nice stay at rye. It was a great location to visit wineries, beaches, golf and the hot springs. Natalie was very kind and welcoming and the check out process was extremely low maintenance. Would definitely recommend.

Melissa’s condo was the perfect location for our family holiday including 2 children and our Golden Retriever. The home was modern, clean and homely. We were thrilled to find a children’s toy box, kids cutlery, cups, dining wear and outside toys to play with. The courtyard gate opens to an open grass area which was great for the kids to play and dog to toilet. Very handy having a washing machine and dryer. Shower head is sensational! The location is incredible. We walked everywhere. Across the road from the beach, 1 minute walk to the playground and close to local eateries. We appreciate an AirBnb that is so accommodating for children and pets. We can’t wait to stay here again.

We had a fabulous time at Rueben’s place in Brighton. The unit is beautifully appointed. Rueben, Sookie and Vinola were lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend this unit!

We had a wonderful stay at Alicia's place. It had everything we needed, was in a great location, and Alicia was very responsive. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

The apartment is spacious, convenient and with a gorgeous view. Perfect in every sense. Ronda is amazing, and is very responsive. Instructions are clear. I would definitely recommend this place for 2.

Loved being able to walk across the road to the beach and not too far to supermarket and cafes. Loved the backyard with lots of birds in the trees - unexpected nature so close to a highway and that it was pretty quiet.

Space was very clean. We had a baby with us who crawled everywhere so this helped a lot with being at ease.

Friendly, flexible and welcoming. Just a wonderful experience and will visit again.
