Cottage with Parking, close to Sea in Old Town

We love Margate and we think our cottages are the perfect base to make the most of all that this amazing town has to give! Cottage no 14 is located right in the heart of Margate's Old Town. It is one of two cottages that we offer, both of which are tucked away in a private gated courtyard on Love Lane. The cottages are literally yards from the many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars that the Old Town has to offer and are a stone's throw from the beautiful harbour and beach. And we have parking!

A beautiful, light and airy flat with sea views from every room. The whole flat has been recently renovated with 9 refurbished sash windows. Facing East to West it boasts both sunrise and sunset views over the sea on either side of the building. From the kitchen, bathroom and second bedroom you can see the iconic orange Lido tower and out to Walpole Bay pool. From the main bedroom and living room you can track the tide by day and enjoy Margate’s spectacular sunsets with a drink every evening.

Characterful sea view flat

Welcome! This beautiful old building sits above the old Lido in Margate, a short walk from the Turner Contemporary and Old Town. You can be on the beach in 3mins or sitting in one of Cliftonville's many beautiful cafes. My flat is light and airy with wooden floors throughout. A great weekend spot! Please note in winter this period building can get cold! so pack a jumper. There are also some bars nearby that open late. These can be a bit noisy on the weekends (if you’re not in the bars).

Take a 2-minute walk to the sandy beach at the end of the road, then a 10 minute leisurely stroll (or bike ride) along the promenade into Margate, taking in the sea air & listening to the waves crash. Built in 1835 on Hawley Square, the finest Georgian garden square in town, once the summer home to London's gentry, the house has been fully refurbished with a specialist 'light touch' conservation approach by its owner and inhabitant, architect Sam Causer.

We call it SeaSeat because it’s hard to drag yourself away from watching the sea in the daytime or marvelling at the sunsets at dusk. This special place is close to everything that Margate has to offer, it’s right in the old town where all the funky shops, bars and restaurants are and a couple of minutes from the Turner Gallery. Step outside and you can be on the beach in under 30 seconds. And it's just 5 minutes walk to Margate Old Town and the Turner Gallery. The perfect weekend getaway or holiday home.

Stay and Swim at our home & private indoor pool.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Stay and Swim is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach at Westbay and the indoor pool, with endless swim current, is available all year round. The property has a private garden with seating area and newly refurbished rooms with sky views. Rest assured Nick holds a Level 3 qualification in pool plant operation so we know to make sure the pool is always clean and healthy.

Ziggys- Seafront Old Town Margate

Ziggys is a beautiful flat in the Old Town of Margate on Marine Drive overlooking the sea and harbour. The flat has lovely high ceilings and is light and bright and will be presented immaculately clean. The sunsets which flood orange/pink light into the flat are amazing. All the attractions of Margate are a short walk, for example the Turner gallery is two minutes away.
