Even though the photos promise something very special, we still weren’t prepared for just how spectacular the views are from the turret. On top of that, the flat itself surpassed expectations - artfully decorated, beautifully presented and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Morning swims in the tide pool 5 mins away topped off a very memorable weekend. I’m certain we’ll be back!

Amazing accommodation. Photos really don’t do it justice. Beautiful quiet home with absolutely everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Lots of supplies in the kitchen such as coffee, bottled water, salt & pepper, etc. Everything felt new and the place was spotless, bed and sofa comfortable. Jonathan the host was there at check in and talked us through everything. Location couldn’t be better, everything is walkable and right by the sea. Excellent value for money.

The flat was in a great location — just a 10-minute walk to the main beach and all the shops. There’s free parking right in front of the building, which was super convenient. The view from the windows was beautiful, especially at sunset. The place was really tidy and actually nicer than I expected. Overall, a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location as everything was walking distance. We’ll definitely be back again. The flat was cosy spacious and a great nights sleep. Vicky was so friendly and super responsive when we had a few questions about the flat. Thanks again.

A wonderful flat located by Bleak House in Broadstairs. Nice and quiet and town centre walkable distance. Perfect size and flat was spotless when we arrived. Joanna was very quick to respond to any queries we had too. 10/10

Second stay at Wendy’s lovely apartment. The view from balcony,lounge & the bed is stunning. Will miss reading in bed & looking out to sea. There was work going on in the block & Wendy kept us informed and gave us the option to cancel after the usual time if we decided that the work would ruin our stay - it didn’t.. apartment super clean & comfortable. Coffee shop - Coast at the Granville theatre on the green opposite flat is great venue for coffee with a view. Lovely area, easy to get around walked most of the time but did get the Loop bus to Margate. If we come back to Ramsgate next year will definitely stay here again. Thank you Wendy.

Nice flat, dog friendly, good access to dog friendly beach, 5 min walk to Broadstairs, lovely views from the living area. Very responsive and helpful host. definitely recommended

Lovely flat opposite the quite, clean beach and a short walk from Broadstairs town centre and all the lovely cafes and restaurants.

Property is ideally situated and very close walking distance to town centre. Property was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The information sheet provided all working details for the property amenities and some excellent restaurant recommendations.

Natasha's home was truely perfect in everyway. The house itself, was a true home away from home and absolutley beautifully presented. Its picture postcard entrance and the multiple floors made it even more exciting for our 8 & 9 year old to explore on arrival. There were all the home comforts available from board games to beach toys for the boys to play with and the most comfy beds, and fluffy towels. Sunshine beamed into the bedrooms for that perfect morning cup of tea whilst sitting in the window watching the world go by. As for the location, it was moments from the beach! Literally couldn't be closer if we tried and we didn't see the car after we parked it up for the weekend. Natasha was incredibly helpful and the thoughtful leaving a birthday card and box of chocs for us to enjoy. With a guidebook full of wonderful suggestions, we felt like we made the most of our time away with the perfect balance of things to do and time to rest and reset. Thank you xxx

I absolutely loved staying here for 2 weeks, with my dogs. The property is beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed. The location was amazing for all the shops, restaurants/bars and the beach! Tucked away from the main street, it was peaceful and private. Steward was great. Really helpful and friendly, and was easy to get hold of. I’d love to stay here again another time. Thanks ☺️

This was a fantastic stay at a wonderful modern flat that overlooks a quieter bay and beach on the nicer side of Margate nearer to the royal esplanade. The area feels well kept and safe. The place was spotlessly clean thanks to the brilliant check in guys, who even let us in earlier than check in and let us leave items in the fridge ahead of the formal check in time. The instructions for the flat were clear and entirely fair given this may not just be used as a rental but also for the host to use or live in themselves. The benefit of this dynamic is that the flat is beautiful and extremely well equipped especially in the kitchen. As a keen cook, I was very happy to see I had what I needed to make anything I wanted, all utensils you’d expect to have at home! His handbook had good recommendations, it’s near fantastic fish restaurants Angela’s and Sargossa which in my view are just visits for any foodie Top guy, top flat, great location - overall marvellous margs See you again soon!

What a wonderful, inviting, homely yet funky home. We celebrated a birthday with a group of friends and it was perfect. Every room was beautifully laid out, the cinema room was brilliant, the kitchen was equipped and the bar was brilliant. Monique and Sally were fantastic, giving us a brilliant recommendation of the coastguard arms which we walked to along gorgeous coastline. Deal town was buzzy with a market on, on the Saturday which we walked through. It was everything I hoped for and more when I booked!

We had a great time at Stephanie's with our family. Stephanie was friendly, helpful and very responsive. A great location for the beach and harbour, a very clean, comfortable and stylish home.

This was our second stay here. The flat has a great location on the seafront and in the heart of Broadstairs. It’s spacious, light and airy, stylish and well equipped. It has everything we needed for a comfortable stay and there was plenty of local information and advice. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Sheila’s house feels like a home the moment you step inside. It’s roomy and bright throughout. We all loved the place including the young grandchildren who spent ages in the garden amusing themselves. The kitchen is packed with masses of everything you could think of and as we cook this was brilliant. As all the adults have stressful busy lives this break was so relaxing, just what was needed. As a birder I highly recommend Pegwell reserve for a great walk and great birdwatching. Highly recommended.

Amazing location right on the beach with easy and right outside the apartment street parking. Fit 5 adults and 2 dogs perfectly (however no outside space for dogs to go toilet, have to take them over the field but again right outside the apartment so easy) Lovely apartment with all essential amenities, I would stay here again. Beautiful apartment in the midst of the old town with an excellent view of the sea and beach. Tidy and self-contained it's perfect as a hideaway while you explore Margate and the many lovely bars and restaurants nearby.

We had a great time at David's beautiful place all Amenities we could wish for were within walking distance. There was clear communication from start to finish.

What an absolute gem of a place. Hands down the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, beautifully styled (we all had home decor envy). Cannot recommend enough. Super comfortable, it has absolutely everything you need and more. Fantastic location. I hope we’ll be back…it’s too good not to be.

Wonderful retreat which offered a sense of being private & slightly apart from busyness of Margate whilst being less than 2 mins walk from the vibrancy all Margate can & does offer. The accommodation was charming, welcoming, contemporary & full of vintage uniqueness plus offering expansive sea views via the front room/kitchen space & one of the bedrooms. Personally, we loved the walk up the original spiral staircase to the apartment but may be an issue if mobility needs to be considered. Access to excellent activities, events, shops, restaurants are within 3mins walk. It is a foodies delights re restaurants however there is a well-stocked & reasonably priced Aldi 3 mins walk away too. Free on-street parking directly outside accommodation also a bonus. Stephanie was communicative & responsive prior & during our visit with helpful support & suggestions. In all a lovely space to relax, recharge and reconnect. Thank you Stephane. Definitely will return & recommend!
