In inverno la strada è impraticabile causa neve, per cui è necessario salire a piedi, con una camminata di circa 20 minuti.

La structure a été entièrement rénovée en 2019 et s'étend sur trois étages. Elle se compose au rez-de-chaussée d'un salon avec cheminée, TV, cuisine ouverte bien équipée avec four à micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et machine à café, salle de bain avec douche, machine à laver.
