You will be able to travel just about anywhere in Morgantown in 20 min. Enjoy the large deck with hot tub. Grill out and play some corn hole. Inside you will find a beautiful kitchen, fireplace, and fully tiled shower. Our shower has two shower heads set at different heights, a bench, and shower hose. Our three bedrooms should be able to accommodate 6-8 guests.

Included are a full kitchen, living space, 2 bunk rooms, and 2 large bathrooms with 3 showers and stalls in each. Located on a beautiful 120 acres campus. We have a lot of wildlife here including deer, foxes, coyote, 2 mountain lions, and an occasional bear. Be cautious if you go out after dark. Always have a flashlight. Don't go into any wooded area.

This ground level apartment is a 20 minute walk to downtown Morgantown as well as on the city bus line. The White park trails are a block away and it is near the Morgantown municipal ice rink. There are two grocery stores within a mile as well as a local tavern with amazing food and cold beer. ( one block away) The apartment is day bright and cozy at night. Queen bed. Fresh, clean and spacious. Full kitchen and utility room with washer and dryer. Private entrance and outdoor living space.
