Το Theta είναι ένας πέτρινος ξενώνας 60 τ.μ., λίγα μέτρα από την πλατεία της Στεμνίτσας. Χτισμένο το 1867, είναι το «κατώι» (ισόγειο) μιας παραδοσιακής χωριάτικης κατοικίας. Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι με θόλο, που ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 και φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Έχει 1 WC και ξεχωριστό χώρο με ντουζιέρα-υδρομασάζ. Διαθέτει Wi-Fi και Smart TV με λογαριασμό Netflix, Amazon Prime. Το ξύλινο μπαλκόνι προσφέρει ωραία θέα στο χωριό και η αυλή στην καταπράσινη πλαγιά του βουνού. Parking κοντά στο σπίτι.

Μόλις 50 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού της Στεμνίτσας, μέσα από ένα ονειρικό πέτρινο δρομάκι, βρίσκεται ο πλήρως ανακαινισμένος ξενώνας Ροδάνθη. Χτισμένος από πέτρα και ξύλο το 1867 με την παραδοσιακή δομή των ορεινών ελλαδικών χωριών, χαρίζει μια μοναδική θέα στο βουνό και στο ρυάκι καθώς βρίσκεται στο τέλος του μονοπατιού. Κάτω ακριβώς από το σπίτι υπάρχει χώρος πάρκινγκ. O ποταμός Λούσιος βρίσκεται αρκετά κοντά για μια περιπετειώδης περιήγηση!

Kallistws House

Η μικρή μας μεζονέτα βρίσκεται στην αρχή του χωριού μετά την εκκλησία του Αγίου Νικολάου. Πρόκειται για ένα χώρο φτιαγμένο στο μεγαλύτερο μέρος του από ξύλο, που αυτό το καθιστά ζεστό τον χειμώνα και δροσερό το καλοκαίρι. Στο κάτω πάτωμα βρίσκεται η κουζίνα στην οποία θα μπορείτε να προετοιμάσετε τον καφέ και το τσάι σας(παρέχονται δωρεάν από το κατάλυμα). Στο πάνω πάτωμα βρίσκονται τα δύο δωμάτια, άνετα για να φιλοξενήσουν μία τετραμελή οικογένεια.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Το πετρόκτιστο σπίτι είναι ενιαίος χώρος 90μ2 και αποτελείται από σαλόνι με τζάκι , κουζίνα , 2 δωμάτια με υπέρδιπλα κρεβάτια , 1 μπάνιο και 1 wc.
