This is a fully-furnished Apartment (En-Suite) located at 63 Pleasant Street. This apartment features a living room area (with 4k OLED TV), bedroom w/ extra long queen bed, a pull out murphy bed, and a pull out couch bed. Kitchen: coffee maker, stove, dishwasher, etc. Single bathroom. This unit is found in a neighborhood called 'Ship Captains Row" which is located in walking distance from both Main St, Hyannis as well as Hyannis Harbor. We also have on site parking for at least 2 cars.

We have a large fenced in yard for your dog to play in and for you to relax in with your dog. Apartment is centrally located on Cape Cod in Centerville and complies with all local, state and federal laws. Living room has 50" HDTV w/cable, couch & full kitchen. Bedroom has a queen bed with quality linens & towels & 27" TV w/cable. Also includes town beach pass for free parking, beach chairs, & towels, umbrella, cooler, propane grill on patio and washer & dryer too. Privacy fence and an abundance of beautiful plants!

Studio apartment that is well suited for a couple and young family. Children under twelve years of age will not be charged the extra fee. There is an added fee for extra adults over 2. This is a small space for 3 adults. This is our own home in which the studio apartment is above the garage. This was added for our daughter who attended a local college. She live there for 5 years while attending college.
