Diōni is a brand-new, stylish seafront home that blends modern minimalism with natural beauty. Just steps from the beach and a short walk to the center, restaurants, and mini markets — yet peacefully tucked away. The glass doors feature both curtains and shutters for your comfort and privacy. There is also a small storage room with a hanging rail and a shelf, ideal for keeping your clothes organized during your stay. Beach Side Apartment

A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, close to the beach. It has a full kitchen including full oven, fridge freezer, air fryer, microwave and coffee machine, and free wifi. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, double bed and a partial sea view. The second bedroom has two single beds and a fully fitted wardrobe and a safe. The sofa expands into a spacious sofa-bed so a 5th person can sleep comfortably. All rooms have air conditioning, and we also provide a hair dryer and washing machine.

Έχοντας ανακαινιστεί πλήρως πρόσφατα, το Φιλία είναι ένα μοντέρνο, άνετο ισόγειο διαμέρισμα 48,14 m², κατάλληλο για αυτούς που αναζητούν ιδιωτικότητα και ησυχία. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες με παιδιά (διατίθεται βρεφ. κρεβάτι), με μεγάλη εξωτερική βεράντα και ιδιωτικό κήπο. Βρίσκεται κοντά στο κέντρο του χωριού με εύκολη πρόσβαση στη θάλασσα απέχοντας απ΄αυτή 80μ. Σε κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια και ATM. Aegean Studios are located in the beautiful village of Kefalos, at Kamari. They run by a local family. Each studio has three open plan levels with the kitchen and toilet/shower room at the bottom, sitting area at the middle and bedroom at the top level. A balcony with a big garden table and chairs. They are surrounded by vine trees, fruit trees and a vegetable garden. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and only 5 min walk from the sea, shops and restaurants.

Niriides-Thea

To διαμέρισμα "Niriides Thea" είναι πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο και βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο του κτιρίου. Η θάλασσα απέχει μόλις 70 μ. ενώ μίνι μάρκετ, εστιατόρια, καφέ, ΑΤΜ, τουριστικά καταστήματα, πρακτορεία ταξιδίων, γραφεία ενοικιαζομένων οχημάτων βρίσκονται όλα σε πολύ μικρή απόσταση.
