Nestled in the mountains of Nagano at an elevation of 860 meters (2,821 feet), this is a luxury home exclusively for those who want to escape tourist traps, experience a side of Japan rarely seen by outsiders, and do it in style. Our 3-bedroom home is 200 sq. meters (2153 sq. feet) large and is a marriage between traditional Japanese architecture and modern technology and comfort. The home is accessible from Tokyo and other major cities via the Shinkansen bullet train or Joshin-etsu Expressway.

Filled with beautiful landscapes of Japanese farming lands and mountains which are enjoyable throughout the seasons. Our 130 year-old traditional Japanese house has been renovated for your comfort while holding onto its history. Renewed as a duplex house! You have almost the entire 1st&2nd floors of the west side of the house. Limited to one group per day. Please see below about the house.

平成3年に茅葺き屋根の家の梁を利用して民家再生した家です。漆喰の壁のリビングと8畳と10畳の和室でご家族やお友達と田舎の家に帰った様なゆったりした時間を過ごされてはいかがでしょうか? 浅間山を仰ぎ、広い空にはトンビが飛び、臼田宇宙観測所も近く、空気が綺麗です。 「布施温泉」「春日温泉」を始め、車を利用すれば温泉もいくつかあります。 車で小一時間でで軽井沢や野辺山、清里方面へも行く事が出来るので、八ヶ岳への山登りや妙義荒船佐久高原国定公園へのトレッキングも出来ます。 新潟に匹敵する米どころで、八ヶ岳、浅間山から注がれた千曲の水で作られた地酒も十三蔵 お散歩コースに「ぴんころ地蔵」や「伴野城̪趾」「中島公園」があります。 徒歩15分で大型スーパー「TSURUYA」や、佐久南IC前に道の駅「ヘルシーテラス佐久南」もあるので家の調理器具、調味料を使って地元の食材を楽しむ事も出来ます。 移住などお考えの方の生活体験の場としてもご利用いただけると考えています。 ご予約は2名様からお願いしたい為料金の設定は2名様の一泊料金からとさせていただいており、3名様以降はお1人￥5000追加となります。　

Sanson Terrace "silkworm house"

Ohinata in Sakuho-town is a small village in a valley. I renovated a 80 years small wooden house by myself taking a long time. The building used to be used for raising silkworms by farms. It was our culture and industry to get silks in this area. You can have a calm time for having Coffee and beer, reading books, listening music... The village is surrounded by nature for hiking to mountains and rivers. Some local families live in around the house, so please stay like the village people.

たくさんの方にご利用いただいてきましたが、本年7月末をもっていったん営業をやめることになりました。再開の予定はありますのでしばらくお待ちください。 緑に囲まれたログハウスで、テラスからは八ヶ岳が見えます。 富士見パノラマリゾートは車で5分。冬はスキーやスノーボード。夏は花の入笠山登山とマウンテンバイクを楽しめます。富士見高原リゾートへは車で15分。 リスティングは子ども連れファミリーにぴったり。周囲に家はないのでとても静かで、朝は小鳥の声がにぎやかです。 駅やスーパーマーケットからは距離があり、車は必須です。冬季は必ず冬用タイヤやタイヤチェーンを用意してください。 エアコンは設置していませんのでご了承ください。扇風機はあります。 寝具はベッドではなく布団です。5人めから追加料金が発生しますが8人まで泊まれます。追加人数のうち、2歳以下は無料です。3歳から小学生までは半額です。 12月から3月までの冬季は暖房費を加算した料金設定になっています。 長野県条例に基づき、海外からのゲストの方ついてはパスポートをコピーさせていただきます（日本に住所のある方を除く）。
