“Sand” is located on the ground floor, with an indipendent entrance, but the garten is not fenced and animals are admitted on owner's responsability. Near Muggia and near Parenzana cycling route, in a panoramic and quiet area, from where you can reach slovenian and croatian Istria very easily. Animals are welcome, but they cannot be left alone in the apartment.

L’appartamento S&A House si trova a Bagnoli della Rosandra, paese all’imbocco della Riserva della Val Rosandra/Dolina Glinščice, a pochi chilometri da Trieste, a ridosso del confine con la Slovenia. Grazie al suo ricchissimo patrimonio naturalistico la Val Rosandra, con il suo corso d'acqua superficiale unico del Carso triestino, il Torrente Glinščica e alla cascata di circa 40m è sempre stata meta di escursionisti e rocciatori.

La nostra casa si trova in un borgo originario nelle immediate vicinanze all'ospedale di Cattinara, 5 minuti dall'università ed a 10 minuti dal centro (zona fornita da autobus n. 35). Nelle vicinanze si trova una bella pista ciclabile. La vicina autostrada vi porta sull'altipiano carsico triestino e in Slovenia. La nostra casetta è stata recentemente ristrutturata per ospitarvi ed accogliervi. E' adatta alle famiglie.
