two floor apartment with spectacular view

Two floors apartment, with balconies with amazing view to the laconic bay and the Kranai island. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed on the top floor and a bedroom with two single beds on the lower floor. On the top floor there is also a w.c. a leaving room and a large balcony with a spectacular view. On the lower floor there is a fully equipped kitchen the other bedroom, another w.c. and another balcony. Both bedrooms and leaving room are air conditioned.

Το διαμέρισμά μου (33 τ.μ.) βρίσκεται 200m. από την παραλία του Μαυροβουνίου και 1,5km. από την πανέμορφη πόλη του Γυθείου. Διαθέτει ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι με τέντες και θέα θάλασσα. Προσφέρει μεγάλη αυτονομία και διαθέτει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ψυγείο, πλυντήριο ρούχων, air- condition, τηλεόραση και στους δύο χώρους, ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ και μεγάλο κήπο με barbeque για στιγμές ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης. Ο ξενώνας μας είναι στο ισόγειο ενός παλιού διώροφου Χωριατόσπιτου , μονόχωρο - ενιαίος χώρος με ξεχωριστή κουζίνα και μπάνιο ,μπροστά από την πλατεία του χωριού σε ένα χώρο 800τμ ,με μεγάλη αυλή ,αρκετά δέντρα και δωρεάν ιδιωτικό parking. Σε απόσταση 1,5 χιλ. από την πόλη του Γυθείου, 600 μέτρα από την μεγάλη αμμώδη παραλία, δίπλα ακριβώς από τις γνωστές ταβέρνες του χωριού, 20 μέτρα από mini market και 600 μέτρα από μεγάλο super market της περιοχής .
