Our fourth stay at Jeff and Mel's, and it was wonderful as always. They have renovated the bathroom since our last visit, which was a welcome and exciting addition.

Amazing. Pictures don't do the house and pool justice! Pool and backyard are like a private oasis. House is large and well equipped. Location is great. Walkable beach and groceries and a million other things.

Perfect place for a family with special needs children. Very comfortable and neat. We will be back

Margarita’s house exceeded our expectations!! We arranged a family reunion with our elderly parents and the stay was beyond perfect! The place is centrally located and very clean and well supplied. The Airbnb was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location was perfect — tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private, but still just minutes from amazing beaches, great local restaurants, and fun outdoor adventures like hiking and surfing. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful — they provided local tips that made our trip even more special. This place is a true slice of paradise. We wanted to be near the beach but with a private neighborhood feel for our traveling party and that’s exactly what we got! Beautiful location in Puntas, birds chirping, frogs croaking at night with a great breeze - or AC in bedrooms and living room if needed. Beds were comfy, family loved the pool table and darts! The pool was so refreshing! Beaches nearby are amazing- food is amazing- people are amazing! Just wish the hammocks were up outside for our stay- or buy one at the market to take home with you! 😉

We had an amazing weekend stay! The apartment was spotless, easy to find, and equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure our experience was smooth from start to finish. We came from across the island for a volleyball tournament, and it was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Safe, cozy, and welcoming—ideal for families or friends looking for comfort and convenience. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

Josie’s place was wonderful. The view is stunning, and the property is located close enough to the beach that it was not inconvenient. The family is lovely, and there was just enough privacy. Would love to return!

Excelente localización! Céntrico en Rincón. Justo como lo describe, muy limpio y con lo necesario. Hasta con snacks y agua embotellada nos recibieron. Nos encantó.

Andrew-Elizabeth helped a lot finding the place. They communicated very well on how to get there. The room was very spacious and lots of room for all 3 of us. It was a great location and we enjoyed our short stay.

Great place! This place was great for the two of us, but had two bunk beds for families with children. You are adjacent to a private beach and have the option of lying in the grass as well if that is your preference. Big kitchen with plenty of space to sit or if you’d want a picnic. Small gated area where the gate is always kept shut, but easy to access. Walkable to a few cool eating spots, a very short drive into the main Rincon area (10 mins but very easy). Perfect and private view of the sunset by walking out the front door.

Place is great. Quite. close to everything. and nice swimming beach in the back walking distance! so much better than beating thr crowds at the famous beaches! awesome place!

I love to return to Casa Cotorra, immaculate apartment, extraordinary amenities and it close to supermarkets, a bakery and Rincon beaches.

This is our second time staying at Rochelly’s place, we love it! The place is clean, close to the airport, crash boats, restaurants etc. See you soon :-)

We loved this apartment and all its amenities. It was in a zone where you can walk to a swimming beach and the town center, and in less than 10 mins drive to several surf beaches. It was quiet and private, including the pool area and the rooftop patio. We will definitely come back to this spot!

Great location with easy access to private beach and clean pool. Walking distance for several restaurants and a short drive to many others. Beautiful sunset views! Beach chairs and an umbrella were very helpful since we couldn’t bring those on the plane.
