Looking for a nice place to stay close to Jeff City? Spend a few nights in this restored cottage built in 1906! You are sure to be comfortable in this great little hideaway! The cottage has period appropriate furnishings with all the modern amenities! This historic property is located on a quiet street near an elementary school. California is a great location. We are an easy 25 minute drive to downtown Jefferson City and situated halfway between St. Louis and Kansas City right off Highway 50!

Our house is the perfect getaway for a family, group of friends or a couple. The lake and gardens around the house provide the quiet and peace of a retreat place, away from the busyness and distractions of the city. It's a very pretty drive to Columbia, MO (about 30 minutes), and 20 minutes to Rocheport, a very cute historical town by the Missouri River. A beautiful attraction that is close to our property is the Warm Springs Ranch. The Clydesdale breeding farm. This is a great place to visit.

Nestled onto 10 peaceful acres, w/pond about 15 minutes to downtown Columbia and the University, close to restaurants, and activities, that is if you want to leave the Pool and the quiet of the country. 8 beds, + a few air mattresses, plus 2 pack/plays. You'll love the kitchen, the peace, and the coziness. The in-ground heated pool is 25 x 50 feet. (Closed mid Oct. - mid April) We stock wood for the fire pit, so roast hot dogs, or make S'mores! Rose's Place

Kick back and relax in this luxurious newly renovated house. Everything in this house has been redone with great attention to detail. From the granite counter tops to the spacious living area and comfy bedrooms, every inch is cozy and feels like home. There is a nice deck to enjoy your coffee on and amenities galore. Rose's Place is close to town but far enough out to enjoy the quiet surroundings. The neighborhood is extremely safe and has great places to walk.

Sweet little cabin by a little pond at the edge of the woods. Large sunny windows, real bed, (with room to bed a child or two down on the floor) tea pot, easy chair, composting toilet, AC, WiFi, hiking trails. There's no shower in the Cabin. Our water is from a deep well, tested, certified ... and delicious! There is an above ground pool, trampoline, and a trail down the hill Very child friendly. We maintain a fragrance-free facility, so no air "fresheners".
