This stay was absolutely perfect in every way. The space was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained—it felt like stepping into a retreat. The host was incredibly thoughtful and welcoming, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The surroundings were serene and peaceful, offering a true escape from the everyday hustle. Every little detail was taken care of, from the generous supply of coffee, breakfast items, milk, and juices, to the fluffy towels and ample firewood that made our evenings cozy and warm. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention goes into making this place special. We truly appreciated all the extra touches—it made the experience feel luxurious yet comfortable. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to return!

Jann’s place was an amazing vacation away from the busy city. We really enjoy exploring the town and the surrounding 7 valleys. Would make the move to these towns; it’s so peaceful and relaxing. The place felt just like a home as it was neat and tidy with the little touches to make it home. Upon arriving, we have a milk to make a coffee after a long drive, as well as wine for later. The place has a lot of things you would need. Easy and clear instructions on how to access the house and information booklets for places to see and visit. Would highly recommend it as a place to stay as you explore the town and the towns around. A week flew by so quickly and we are looking forward to coming back in the future.

Chloe is an incredibly accomodating host who had consistently speedy replies. The house itself was spotless and all the amenities listed provided were kept at a top-notch condition. Her dogs were well trained and friendly, and was lovely company for our own dog. We would highly reccomend this place to individuals looking for a private getaway, all the way to families who seek the peace of beautiful surroundings. The kids also enjoyed playing with the horses on the property, as well as the calm cats and chickens. Excellent work, Chloe!

A beautiful spot! House was homely and clean. Sunny had great communication and made the process very easy. We appreciated the Easter eggs, very cute!

Loretta's house is gorgeous and exactly like the photos. The gardens are beautiful and spacious. Glad we were there in Autumn because everything was so colourful. The house has 2 fireplaces, which we made use of. It was lovely to sit in front of the fire in the pool room with a glass of wine on the vintage regal looking furniture. There was ample heating upstairs as well, although with both fires going it warmed the place up very well. Its a very short drive into town, so if you forget anything its not far to go. We would see definitely stay again.

Really great property for our large group of people that are a race team that was competing at Sydney Motorsport Park. The house is just a short drive from the track and is in a peaceful quiet street but there are also plenty of shops etc just a few minutes drive away from the house, fast food etc near by as well as larger store likes, Bunnings etc reasonably close by. The 11 bedrooms, all with ensuite are ideal and the living areas are great. Sharif was there to greet us and show us the house, then there in the morning we left too. Thanks for be so communicative Sharif and we'll be back next we're racing in Sydney

We had a wonderful few days at Paige’s place. Lovely house, plenty of room for us and our four kids. The areas great, walking distance to the train which is only an hour into the city. There are great parks in walking distance and a lovely walk across the river. Highly recommend

Great stay close to everything you need in the Penrith area

We had an amazing stay. The house is absolutely beautiful and grand and furnished with intriguing period pieces that added a nice touch. It was comfortable and warm with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare our meals. Most important of all, it was very clean! It was a pleasure to stay. The cottage was beautiful, peaceful and quiet just like we hoped. Lisa and Ben were fantastic hosts, accommodating and friendly, they provided clear instructions and helpful information and allowed us to enjoy our time on our own and had the cottage perfectly clean and equipped with everything you would need for a peaceful retreat. Highly recommend staying with Lisa and Ben.

We had a wonderful two nights here while exploring the Blue Mountains. We particularly enjoyed the views and log fire as it was very cosy after a day out in the blue mountains. The location is good, with Katoomba just 20 mins away. The property was exactly as described, lovingly kept, and clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend it as a place for anyone coming to the blue mountains and we’d love to come again!
