Burgstraat 17 is an old Patrician house constructed in 1515. Later the house was split in 2 houses and became neglected for many years. In 2019 we started the renovation, with as only purpose, to keep the soul and respect the history and grandeur of the original house. Its exceptional history, unique architecture and central position made it worth doing so. Tears, joy and a lot of work resulted in the place where you are right now. We hope you enjoy and respect this place as much as we do.

Verschillende winkels en restaurants in de buurt.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

Duplex appartement 90m² met terras vlakbij tramhalte (200m). Slechts 10min met tram tot centrum Gent. Gratis parkeren in de straat. Keuken met kookplaat, oven, vaatwasser, wasmachine, microgolf en koffiezetapparaat. Aparte slaapkamer met dubbel bed, enkel bed en baby bed WIFI en tv aanwezig. Aparte badkamer met douche en apart toilet. Er zijn geen gedeelde ruimtes. Appartement is volledig beschikbaar enkel voor de huurder.

De sunny green is een tiny house gelegen in een rustige buitenbuurt van Gent. (4 kilometer van het stadscentrum!) Inchecken op zaterdag en zondag om 15:00 Inchecken van maandag -vrijdag vanaf 18:00. uitchecken om 12:00 de volgende dag. De dag van inchecken kan u al gebruik maken van onze parking, fietsen en bagage-drop vanaf 12:00h. zaterdag & zondag inchecken : 15:00 uitchecken om 11:00h
