This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (80 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon). Our home is located in central San Joaquin Valley, amongst the farming industry. Out in the country away from the traffic and noise of town but still close enough to Highway 99 for easy access. A prime location for a home base for taking in all CA has to offer. Yosemite, Monterey, and San Fran are all just a 2 hour drive from our home. There will be some fresh baked goods and a few other breakfast items for you to enjoy your first morning.

This place is close to grocery store,malls,very safe neighborhood(walking distance). Also close to Kaiser Hospital and shutter hospital. Has a beautiful 10 feet deep pool and small spa area. House has 3 car garage, 2 dining, kitchen with spices and dishes stocks. This is two story house specially setup for Airbnb and trying to upgrading more. The gate has a code to enter that will be provided to you after the reservations.

Our place is close to Yosemite National Park (2hr drive), San Francisco (1.5hr drive), Sacramento (1.5hr drive), Carmel and Monterey (2.25hr drive) and the Napa Valley (2hr drive). You’ll love the quiet and peaceful neighborhood - it's very relaxing and private. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and small groups.
