Host gentilissima! Un appartamento molto carino con un carattere, ha un'identità precisa e racconta un pezzo di tutte le persone che vi hanno alloggiato. Si raggiunge il centro a piedi e i luoghi di interesse in pochi minuti di auto, condominio tranquillo e posto auto privato all'interno del cortile. Appartamento molto pulito e con tutti i confort, consigliato!

We had a wonderful stay in Venice thanks to Arrigo! He welcomed us at the vaporetto station (so much better than a key locker!) and he recommended us the best places to see and to eat. The appartement is wonderful and very well located in a quiet neighbourhood. We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely top find. One of the best Airbnb places we have ever stayed in. Amazing location only blocks from Piazza San Marco, yet extremely quiet facing a canal. Beautifully furnished apartment with roomy layout--one bedroom and bathroom with shower separated on other side of apartment from the other two bedrooms plus full bath which form their own suite of rooms. Full kitchen and comfortable beds. Ideal for our three-generation family--with grandparents staying in the one bedroom and the rest of the parents and child in the other two bedrooms. There is even a boat landing right in front of the apartment, from which we arrived and departed by water taxi. Paola was extremely responsive and kindly made reservations for water taxis to take us to the airport extremely early in the morning. Paola's apartment simply added to the magical experience we had in Venice!

Nadja è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. La host ha dovuto affrontare un'emergenza causa malfunzionamento del boiler di Sabato mattina e nel pomeriggio è riuscita a risolvere tutto! Appartamento meraviglioso e molto accogliente, cura in ogni dettaglio e pulizia impeccabile. Consigliatissima su ogni fronte, grazie Nadja di tutto ❤️

Lorenzo was an amazing host - the best and most proactively helpful I've ever had. He went above and beyond with local recommendations and the apartment was gorgeous. The art and photos were captivating, and it was spotless. The location was wonderful, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and cafes. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Clean, well maintained, and a good amount of space for 2 people! Many interesting pieces im the apartment and you can tell attention was paid to the details. The couch and bed are comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are clean. From pictures, we thought the glass staircase would be part of our apartment, but the steps actually lead to another airbnb upstairs. It is a shared entrance but did not cause us any issues. Would recommend this stay!

We wish we could give this apartment and its host, Alessandro, more than five stars. Alessandro picked us up at the train station in his boat and took us to the apartment. What a start! It had been raining and flooding for several days and we had to enter through the window, which just added to the overall charm. The apartment has so many small unique touches that make it a comfortable and fun place to stay. The location is great, outside a small square that is alive with families in the early evening and walkable to many points of interest and great places to eat. We highly recommend this place - and its host - and if we find ourselves headed to Venice again, we hope it is available to book.

This little gem is amazing!!! The staff was wonderful, and so welcoming and kind. The room with all its charm was spacious and comfortable. The highlight was the balcony overlooking the lagoon. The view over to Venice at night, watching the sunrise, so relaxing and beautiful. Our host bought breakfast of cappuccino and warm cornettos to our room! Easy access to the vaporettos and fast boat to the airport and train station make this the perfect spot. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars. Can't recommend this lovely authentic spot enough. We'll be back as soon as we can.

The place was even a bit better than I expected. I didn't realize that it could potentially sleep 5 and that they had actually stocked some food and water etc in the fridge as well. It's a pleasant place and I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

Daniel is a great host. He greeted us and explained how to get to Venezia. which please note I was kind of worried about that. He was very detailed about the transportation and where to buy the tickets. He is very good with communication and kept in touch since we where their for a week. He offered to clean our Room in between. The Room the shared spaces everything was perfect. He met us outside and gave us a farewell gift. Him and his space is a 10 stars I am so thankful and grateful for his guidance.

Staying at Paola’s place is something that I highly recommend. She is very communicative and nice ☺️, gave us many recommendations and tips for the public transport. The room was exactly like the pictures, as well as the bathroom. We had an amazing time in Lido and we are planing to come back to her place again!

L’appartamento è molto grande, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort: cucina, Wi-Fi, aria condizionata, tv e molto altro. Posizione comoda sia per arrivare in stazione che a Venezia, con una fermata dei bus a pochi minuti di distanza. Il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile, pronto ad aiutarci per ogni esigenza.

Un logement parfait, propre et très bien situé dans un quartier calme et populaire. Cristina est une hôte très accueillante. L'idéal pour passer un excellent séjour !

O Daniel é um excelente anfitrião, nos ajudou sempre em tudo desde o início, ficamos muito à vontade, muito solicito, gentil, nos deu ótimas dicas de o que conhecer. O local, extremamente limpo, quarto lindo, muito bem arrumado, roupa de cama e toalhas extremamente limpas e cheirosas, dava para ver o capricho tudo. Nós realmente amamos tudo. Daniel un genio, estuvo atento dos días antes de llegar, cono los días que estuvimos en el alojamiento, siempre dándonos todos los tipos y mandando info, del teasporte, el alojamiento de primera todo moderno, nuevo, calidad, lo único que se comparte es la cocina, que tiene todo lo necesrioy esta organizado para que todo funciones, y si queres lavar tu ropa tenes labarropas y secadora, en la cocina tenes de todo para poder cocinarte, calentar, o lo que haces en tu casa, el barrio es re tranquilo, a media cuadra hay una peatonal con restaurante. el bus pasa a 1 cuadra

Clean and comfortable apartment in a central location. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful local neighborhood close to all the best that Venice has to offer, but surrounded by parks and quiet streets. Via Garibaldi, just around the corner, quickly become our favorite street! Wonderful restaurants, shops and small grocery stores frequented by locals. Enzo was a very communicative host- you can ask him for recommendations and directions and he responds quickly. The apartment is located between Vaporetto stops Giardini and Arsenale. There are 32 fairly steep steps to climb from the entrance to the apartment, so pack light! The beds are super comfortable memory foam, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Alex is a truly wonderful host. I stayed in her apartment in Mestre for three months while working at the university in Venice and she was friendly, welcoming, and kind. The apartment is lovely and cozy; perfectly situated in a walkable neighborhood right next to public transportation and a super market. To get into Venice, you only need to take the tram 1 which comes every 20 minutes or so and after having stayed in Venice proper multiple times, I found I preferred the quiet and getting away from the crowds. I cannot recommend Alex's place enough and I will be staying with her again when I return for work.

We had a great stay. The apartment was well equiped, clean, the beds were super comfy. We were a couple minutes from the vaporetto, and close to many options for restaurants and market.

We spent a almost a week in the lovely apartment by the sea. It's a great place to stay if you want to visit Venice but stay outside in the more relaxed Lido area. There a nice restaurants and cafés as well as small shops nearby. We enjoyed staying in the carefully designed apartment. Federico was a great host, who gave us a personal reception and gave us tips about the area. Eventhough we were delayed, he waited for us unti we got there. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back another time.

Muy buena estancia para ir a Venecia, cerca de la estación y de las paradas de autobús. Tiene todo para pasar una gran estancia. Muy cómodo y tranquilo. Supermercados y tiendas muy cerca.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Venise avec ma femme et notre fille de 15 mois. L’appartement est idéalement situé, en plein cœur de la ville, parfait pour découvrir la magie de Venise à pied. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et vraiment gâtés tout au long de notre séjour. L’endroit est romantique à souhait, idéal pour un voyage en amoureux, tout en étant très confortable pour une petite famille. Je recommande vivement à tous les voyageurs et voyageuses cet hébergement exceptionnel !

Absolutely loved this home! It was so special and thoughtfully decorated. Cristina and Frederico were also incredibly kind and welcoming - truly the best hosts that I have ever experienced using Airbnb. Cristina personally met us up on our arrival, took the time to ensure we were comfortable, and even had a map to show us were to go on the island. There were also so many personal touches throughout the home. It is clearly loved and they are so happy to share it with guests. Unfortunately, it rained quite a bit during our time in Venice but I will definitely be returning to this location and recommending it to friends and family. It was very conveniently located near the Pizzale Roma train station and was within walking to so many wonderful things! Cristina was also very responsive with any questions and provided us with so many wonderful recommendations during our stay. Don't hesitate to book this wonderful home! The pictures don't even do it justice. You will not be disappointed!
