It also has a BONUS 3rd convertible bedroom/sitting room/office (with full sized convertible sofa bed 90 x 200), a large living room and dining room area, with a brand new and fully equipped kitchen. This apartment is set up for self check in. You will receive a door key code 24 hours before check in time which will be valid from your check in date 3pm until check out time on your departure date. Check in at 3pm, check out before 11am. Early check in / late check out may be available for a fee, please check with your host if you have special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

C’est un magnifique penthouse situé au dernier étage d’un bel immeuble classique mais rénové. Bien qu’il s’agisse d’un grenier, l’ascenseur de l’immeuble atteint le même étage de la maison, donc pas besoin de monter les escaliers pour y accéder. Lorsque nous entrons dans l’appartement, nous trouvons immédiatement un grand salon-salle à manger, avec une cuisine intégrée, mais avec des pièces très spacieuses, car seul le salon et la cuisine ont une superficie de plus de 50 m2. De plus, depuis le salon on accède à une belle terrasse privée meublée avec des meubles de jardin. En traversant le salon, nous arrivons au distributeur du couloir des chambres, deux d’entre elles ont des lits de 0,90 x 1,90 et l’autre avec un lit double de 1,60 x 1,90. De plus, l’une des chambres dispose d’une salle de bain complète en suite, laissant l’autre salle de bain avec accès indépendant. Grâce à l’une des chambres, il y a également accès à une deuxième terrasse privée, également meublée avec deux chaises longues pour prendre le soleil et profiter de la bonne température que Madrid a habituellement. Le bâtiment dispose d'une salle de sport communautaire avec des appareils d'exercice à la disposition des locateurs qui séjournent dans l'appartement Le quartier de Madrazo est l’un des plus luxueux et exclusifs de Madrid, mais étant une rue très calme. ** Cet appartement peut être loué pour des séjours longs ou moyens. We have modern appliances (washer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.
