Il se trouve à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville de Lagos et de la marina avec de nombreux très bons restaurants. L'appartement a été rénové récemment et les meubles sont neufs. In 2015 the house was completely renovated with an extension built using straw bales that keeps the house cool in the summer an warm in the winter.
