Over a hundred years the Old Dairy Bales has sat as part of the fabric of a thriving Dairy Farm in the spectacular Gold Coast Hinterland. Surrounded by acres of National Parks, it transports you into another time, whilst still a stones throw from all the attractions and the luxuries of the Southern Gold Coast and Byron.

Our light, airy two bedroom apartment is directly across the road from beautiful Mermaid Beach. Check out the surf from the balcony and stroll across the road to a patrolled beach. A number of funky restaurants/cafes are only a short two minute walk or walk ten minutes either north or south to find one of our local surf clubs where you can enjoy a drink or a meal overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. With hinterland and lake views to the west, its only an eight minute casual stroll to beautiful Burleigh beach and world famous surf point break and renowned precinct of cafes, restaurants, pubs and niche fashion boutiques.

Peppermint Lodge (Private Studio), Nobby Beach

Your detached studio accommodation is located at the rear of the property with its own private lockable entry. It is renovated with a modern bathroom and mini kitchenette with all you need for your stay. The king size bed accommodates a couple or can be split for a twin share. Tea/coffee, towels and other small essentials included. The main residence is a restored original 1960's beach cottage. The private gated property is only a short stroll to patrolled surf beaches and Nobby Beach shops.

This apartment is in the best located area of Broadbeach.The name of the building is Sierra Grand located at 22 Surf Parade.The building has two entrances please always enter from the Surf Parade Entrance- you will see the 22 .

It is air conditioned with spacious living and dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Within a 5-10 min walk, there is everything for your convenience - Aldi,Coles, Miami Hotel, restaurants, Surf Club,takeaway ,coffee shops etc. Beautiful Burleigh Heads with its famous waves and trendy James St a short 15min walk.

King bed, and a portable cot, air con/heater, washer/dryer, bath, shower, toilet and a large wardrobe.
