Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids. 3 parking spaces available (in the back of the building) the apartment is on the second floor via outside stairs. also there is NO pets allowed in the property for allergies issues for other guests.
