You are five minutes from Evangola State Park, and close to Sunset Bay, SUNY Fredonia, Brooks Memorial Hospital, and Frank Lloyd Wright's Graycliff.

This newly renovated 1BR apt will have you feeling relaxed on your stay! Enjoy a full kitchen and a spa like feel in the bathroom. Our apartment is a one bedroom, smaller private apartment within a 5 unit building. The building itself sits on a Main Street where the bedroom does face the road.
