This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, ONE free parking spot out back. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet. (Dogs CAN NOT be left alone at Airbnb)

We built our space to be a quiet refuge in the city, providing plenty of light and amenities to sit and chill for days, but also great access to explore everything the city has to offer.

Dog friendly. 1 dog - over 2 years old, less than 25 pounds. Your dog must be kept in crate when you go out. Message Kelly for pre-approval of your pet. Sorry, no cats. This is our only AirBnB. Kelly lives down the street and maintains it herself.
