Gariwerd walks are a 10 minute stroll away, as is good coffee, the local brewery and the eateries of Halls Gap. Come and connect!

Mount Cole Cottages - Kookaburra Cottage

Kookaburra Cottage - Two bedroom eco cottage (built 2017) situated on our 13 acres bush property. Relax on the property or use it as a base for bush walking in the nearby Mount Cole State forest or visiting the Pyrenees wineries. Abundant wildlife including wallabies, echidnas & a wide assortment of birdlife. We are 15 km from Beaufort. Cosy cast iron chiminea on the deck; firewood supplied. Sadly, the historic meditation temple (c.1995) was destroyed in the February 2024 bushfire.

Leura Log Cabin - Warracknabeal

Leura Log Cabin is located 4 mins from Warracknabeal in the bush. You’ll love the ambience, night sky and wildlife. The cabin features an open fire, queen sized bed, reverse cycle heating and cooling and WIFI. A private bathroom/toilet are located outside - 10 meters from the front door. Centrally located home in Murtoa, across the road from Lake Marma which every bedroom has views of. Directly across the road is the Murtoa caravan park, and the local sporting club which includes a Netball court, and a football/cricket oval aswell as a playground. A perfect location to bring the family and keep the kids entertained for hours. Lake Marma also offers a boat ramp for recreational use such as water skiing or fishing.

Whitby House is set in a lush garden, and features rooms decorated with old world charm. It offers a private, self-contained arrangement, with a separate entrance. It can accommodate between one to four guests. Whitby House features a lounge/dining room, kitchenette, large bathroom, and two spacious bedrooms. A cot and baby bath are available upon request. The space is NOT shared with other guests.

Swampgum Rise Halls Gap

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located house. Swampgum Rise is suitable for singles, couples, families and groups. It is convenient to Halls Gap village restaurants and bars as well as close to many of the hiking trails. The house is showing its age a little (built in late 1970s), but it is cosy and homely. Special discount applies for more-than-one-nighters.
